Location , the view and lovely pool. The apartment was spacious and well equipped

We loved the location, the layout of the apartment (having 2 bathrooms was a real luxury), and the swimming pool. We also appreciated being able to use the washing machine. Being able to put the key in the lockbox was very convenient as there were 3 people in our party and we went our separate ways at various times. Lastly, the host was very responsive - he answered our texts very quickly.
We didn't have hot water for a couple of days so showering was uncomfortable. Also, the hot water pressure in the bathrooms was extremely low. I contacted the host who walked me through a lot of steps with the hot water heater to try to fix both problems. I would have preferred that he come and try to fix the problems himself instead of trying to talk me through a lot of steps. It was challenging because I don't speak Italian. That being said, he ended up calling a plumber who came the next day and fixed the problems very quickly.

Everything, attention to small details were very appreciated. The holiday rental felt like a home it was warm, cozy, clean and just perfect. Let’s not forget the views!!
Antonio provided breakfast (which my children loved) and a bottle of prosecco (for the parents).
There were swimming towels and swimming caps to use in the communal pool.
He reserved the tennis courts for us and even let us use his rackets/balls.
His help & advice in planning an unforgettable holiday in Sorrento.
The communal pool should not close so early at 19.00. In summer we fancied a swim after a long day of sightseeing and the pool was often closing when we arrived back at the apartment. Please note that this is a community issue and has nothing to do with the apartment. Our stay would have been even more perfect we if were allowed a late evening swim.

The communication with the host ahead of our trip - and during - made understanding the operation of the flat easy. The host was very helpful with suggestions about trips and things to do. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made very welcome
The water pressure in the en suite bathroom was a little low compared to the main bathroom and the outside shower on the balcony. So we tended not to use it.
This didn’t detract from the fantastic facilities in the flat but it looked tired from the outside and in need of a paint
