Te recomiendo encarecidamente elegir este alojamiento para tu estancia en Ella. Mi consejo es pasar al menos dos noches aquí. Si tienes idea de hacer el trekking de Ella's rock, hazlo desde el alojamiento, es más corto, con menos desnivel y recorres un bosque selvático de eucaliptos brutal, también pasarás por un monasterio (zona muy inspiradora para el crecimiento personal). El dueño del alojamiento te indicará el camino a la perfección. Nosotros no pensábamos hacerlo a pesar de que somos montañeros por tiempo de viaje y gracias a sus indicaciones, nos encajó. Ella es un lugar fantástico para tomar algo por ahí (establecimientos muy chulos que no querrás dejar de probar, tienditas estupendas también) por eso, pasa al menos dos noches. Little Adam's Peak+Nine Arch Bridge, un must para otro día. El dueño del alojamiento también te indicará un camino de tan solo 1h en coche para llegar desde aquí a Diyaluma waterfalls. Otro must y mejor zona de baño de agua dulce del país. Con estas indicaciones también ganarás tiempo. Respecto al alojamiento, la cama es muy cómoda, el desayuno y otras sorpresas riquísimas y completas nutricionalmente hablando. La mejor ducha con agua caliente de la zona, baño limpio. Muchos detalles que te facilitan la vida en la habitación. El dueño habla inglés perfecto y es un hombre maravilloso. Si no puedes llegar por tu cuenta, él te facilitará cómo hacerlo. Es genial que el alojamiento no esté en el centro de la bulliciosa Ella y super bien situado para seguir tu ruta la última mañana.

Min kæreste og jeg havde et fantastisk ophold på Ella Breeze Homestay! Familien som bor her er rigtig venlige og især manden i huset er utrolig sød og hjælpsom. Vi tog på en guidet tur i teplantagerne og på tefabrikken med ham som vores guide, hvilket vi virkeligt kan anbefale, fordi det var en rigtig god og spændende oplevelse! Hver dag fik vi rigtig gode anbefalinger til, hvordan vi skulle planlægge vores dag med forskellige aktiviteter og trekking ruter i nærområdet. Vi fik et fantastisk ophold i Ella provinsen / Heel Oya på grund af ham.
Stedet er utroligt hyggeligt med den smukkeste udsigt over til Ella’s Rock. Værelset var perfekt - meget rummeligt og rent. Stedet ligger også lige ved togstationen, så rigtig nemt at komme derhen.
Jeg vil klart anbefale at bo her i stedet for inde i Ella by, da dette er et tusind gange mere charmerende og autentisk sted! ❤️

This accommodation was clean and comfortable with a great view! If you want to hike to Ella Rock, you can start the trail from the accommodation. The host is knowledgeable and eager to help but be aware that he does expect a tip and will bring up the fact that he helped you when it is time to check out and pay.
This property is 5km from Ella town, according to booking.com but do not be fooled! This 5km will take 30 minutes to complete since it is a mountainous winding road. We booked this accommodation thinking it would be fine since we had our own tuktuk but we were absolutely wrong. I would not recommend this homestay due to the location being so far from Ella. We were told that hiring a tuktuk for one way would be about 700lkr to 1000lkr. The host tried to help with suggestions for activities and things that we should not miss, but it came off as pushy and demeaning. Our conversations felt more like lectures and he quieted me twice when I wanted to add to the conversation. I did not appreciate this. He has two rooms on the property that are separated by a very thin wall and when both rooms are occupied, you can hear everything from the other room.
