Located in Lewis and Clark Lake, this lovely house for $620 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Brand new(July 27, 2017) beautiful lake home with terrific views from huge 14X40 front deck of Lewis and Clark Lake. This 5 bedroom 3 bath treasure will be sure to please. The Master bedroom features a King size bed and private bathroom. A exercise/coffee room is situated right next to the Master bedroom. The Great Room boasts a full wall of windows to embrace the beautiful view. Extra guests will enjoy the lower level walk out where you will find ample hand out space in the shade and a cozy fire pit to end your perfect night with s'mores, stars and a great view of the lake. The second and third bedrooms house a queen size bed with a view of the lake. The 4th/5th bedrooms are great for teens and little ones who love to play. You will find a full on full bunk in each room with plenty of kid friendly essentials. Other great essential finds that will keep you entertained are satellite TV/Cable, wifi, oddles of board games and yard games. We are only 1/2 mile from the entrance to the state park where you will have access to the bike trail, beach, boat launch and marina grill. One mile down the road you will find a small grocery store and another bar grill local spot to hang out. Enjoy the sites of Yankton, boating on the water, fishing at Gavins Point Dam, or hang out at the beach.

This was ideal for our group! We loved the deck with its stunning view and lower patio when we wanted some shade. The main floor was great for prepping serving meals. Everyone was commenting on what a perfect space it was. Ryan was a terrific host! He was a great communicator for all of our needs from start to finish, and kindly checked in to make sure we were settled.

The Ortman house was great. Cute nautical decor,comfy beds, tall showers (we are a 6 ft+ family), well equipped kitchen and incredible view of the lake. My favorite was all of the deck space and seating and a great fire pit. The only drawback was a very weak WiFi signal which was pretty unacceptable to our younger crowd!

We had a group of extended family (14 in total) stay at the property and it was perfect. Everyone had a bed and space to spread out and relax. The outdoor space was really nice and gave us the option to have lunches and dinners together outside. Great proximity to the state parks and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay!

Corresponding with Ryan was great, fast and simple . We arrived to the property ready for our mini family getaway . The convenience of the house and location was perfect ! This lake house is perfect for a group of friends and family. The location is very close to the marina, and walking distance to Cottonwood if you want to hear live music. The house is as advertised. Check-in and check-out is smooth and Ryan is responsive with any questions. Great spot!

Clean, comfy and cozy house! Was perfect for a family weekend in the winter. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The fireplace was extra cozy and the coffee nook off of the living room was perfect for reading a book or watching TV. Basement was spacious enough for a small putting area for the guys while the kids played some video games. Enjoyed the large kitchen for cooking meals. Thanks for a great stay!

Such a clean and appealing property, wonderful view and many outdoor gathering spaces as well as comfortable areas to gather for food and conversation inside. Great beds and bathrooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating as we had some special requests and a change in plans as the weekend approached. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful house, close to beach and boat ramp very spacious. Only down fall it took multiple attempts to lock and unlock the door. We thought the 2 downstairs bedrooms said queen size beds but we’re full/double which was a bit difficult with 2 adults and a toddler. Otherwise was great!! Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.
