This 2 BR non smoking cottage is located on the Souris River. Quiet and private, this cottage is also minutes from shopping and restaurants, as well as beautiful white sand beaches. Cottage has 4 person hot tub, screened in deck, fire pit, and offers good fishing on the Souris River. WI FI and Satellite TV on site. one BR has king bed, other has 2 single beds. In addition the couch can be pulled out as a double bed.

More spacious than expected, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Washer and Dryer was a great bonus. The lighting in the kitchen / dining is very weak. Would need a higher wattage bulb for sure.

Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, very quiet. Kitchen well-equipped - except - no coffee! (We were able to buy supplies close by)

A well kept cottage, with a beautiful view of the Souris River. The cottage was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a full size hot tub in a screened in deck. The TV and Wifi were more than adequate. The cottage also had a washer drier which was a bonus. The cottage is a short drive to the boardwalk & restaurants in Souris, as well as a short drive to Basin Head Provincial Park which has a amazing beach. The hosts answered any questions we had and were friendly.

Stayed here during the Rollo Bay Festival...it was a fabulous weekend. All instructions given were accurate and host was very quick to respind to any queries. Cabin is well equipped with everything you need. Nice screened in porch to enjoy the sunsets. Would cert
