Located in Clear Lake, this lovely cabin for $206 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Newly updated! Renovations include: *Brand new upper level bathroom with walk-in shower and marble vanity *New luxury wood plank floors on upper level *Updated and expanded upstairs bedroom *Expanded, open kitchen with brand-new granite countertops and new sink/faucet. *Newly remodeled upstairs bedroom with premium king size bed and mounted wall TV Our South Shore cabin is just steps from the lake with a beautiful view from a spacious sunroom. Enjoy classic lake charm with tons of modern updates. Enjoy one of the best views in Clear Lake from our spacious sunroom. With a great location off of South Shore Drive, this cabin on a peaceful street, yet close to attractions and activities such as Clear Lake Boats Marina, with boat and watercraft rental. PM Park is also steps away, featuring great food and the famous Tiki Bar. The cabin is also directly across the street from a large public access dock. Lots of amenities await you in our Clear Lake cabin. With 3 bedrooms and now 2 full baths, we have room to sleep 8. Two comfortable queen bedrooms and one kid-friendly bunkroom will ensure your family and friends feel right at home. Our spacious sunroom facing the lake gives you a sweeping view of the lake, and the living room has comfy leather couches/recliner and a large flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray player. A new patio lakeside along with a new deck off the kitchen offer great spots to relax or dine outdoors. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee-maker. Bed linens and towels are also provided. Also included is high speed cable WiFi, premium high-def digital cable with On-Demand service, flat screen TV in living room with Blu-Ray. New washer and dryer is available. Gas grill is also included. Brita pitcher provided for filtered water.

This lake house was the perfect location for exploring the Clear Lake/Mason City area. We were there during the off season so it was very quiet. Well equipped kitchen, nice living room, comfy bed, and great front porch.

We had a great experience at this property. It has a nice set up and was clean and spacious. Everything we needed was right there. It's close to the lake and within walking distance to many things. Hosts had excellent communication. Highly recommend!

House fantastic. View great. Sun room wonderful. Great space and decor lovely and modern. Walked everywhere. Lots of details thought of. House had a coupon issues that were delt with, but such a fantastic find and helpful manager.

The place was nice, clean and easy access to pm park. There are stairs but it was still easy access for my 80+ year old parents. They were able to access the main parts of the house by entering on the top side of the property with very few stairs.

We had an amazing week staying here! Such a cute, quaint cottage that worked perfectly for our needs. Would definitely stay here again and our friends who stayed with us were going to look into renting later this summer. Fully stocked with every we needed. The sunroom was by far my favorite spot in the house……great spot for morning coffee, socializing and evening cocktails! Owner checked in shortly after our arrival to make sure all was good. Thank you John and Terri for letting us enjoy your place!

Clear Lake was the perfect spot for my best friend and me to meet halfway for a quiet girls weekend. We spent so much time on the porch and loved the view of the lake. It’s what we both needed! We explored some shopping and bars around the area, and enjoyed Hairball at the Surf Ballroom! This property was clean, quiet and comfortable, and our hosts were amazing. We can’t wait to return!

This was a great property for a girls weekend. There was a kite festival in town which was beautiful, but cold! The property was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The living room room had lots of space to hang out. Would loved to have used the 3 season porch, but the weather was too cold.

We loved spending time in the sunroom facing the lake! The place was perfect for our needs, a weekend reunion of friends. The bunk room was really cold so we didn’t use it in our October stay.

This was our first time in Clear Lake and will likely be back. This property was beyond our expectations and John, the host, checked on us halfway thru our stay. Property was clean and had everything we needed. We loved relaxing in the sunroom/porch and enjoying the view in October.

Two couples and a dog enjoyed this place for 3 days. Loved that each of the adult bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) had a handy bathroom. We can see how a family would love the kid-friendly bunk room. Spent time outside with our coffee on the sunny south side in the morning. Loved the three-season porch. Well equipped kitchen. Everything nicely arranged for guests. Recommend it highly.

Comfortable beds; updated interior; WONDERFUL glassed and screened sunroom. We enjoyed cooking meals and the community has lots of fun things to see and do. The house was just like being at home - and we enjoyed our celebration of retirement stay in this lovely home!

We just returned from a week at this property. It was perfect! The house was clean, the towels were fluffy, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was provided for us, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We were steps away from the marina, where we rented a pontoon boat for two days. John, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Before our vacation, he was always quick to respond to any of my questions, and halfway through our stay, he even called to make sure everything was going okay. We will definately be returning. Thank you John, for opening up your home to us!

Cabin was updated/clean. Thought of everything might need - cooler to go out on boat/picnic - beach towels to shampoo & kitchen supplies. Nice to be able to walk to Tiki Bar/resturant - boat rentals - ice cream. Was nice to find a pet friendly cabin. Will be back.

We did a friends trip and this was the perfect space for us! The sun porch is the perfect spot for hanging out! You can see the lake and also watch the morning walkers! It was steps away from the tiki bar. We had a great time there - but remember the bug spray!! Short drive away from a public beach too!

We appreciated the nice decor and use of space. There’s much more room than you might think. Perfect for all of us! Beautiful sunroom looking out at the lake - perfect spot for morning coffee! Adult kids annoyed the PM Park Tiki bar just a hop/skip away yet so soundproof that we never heard any racket nearby with a lively bar over the July 4th holiday. Great place. We would definitely stay again.
