Rooftop restaurant has a broad view of Bisha.
The breakfast is good.
The rooms are spacious.
Very central location.
The mattress is a little hard.

الموقع ممتاز والمواقف في البدروم وكافيه للسيارات، موظفة الاستقبال يوم الدخول كانت جيدة في التعامل وعملت ترقية للغرفة بدون زيادة في السعر. كذلك موظف الاستقبال عند الخروج كان تعامله جيد.
صالة الألعاب الرياضية غير منظمه ولا يوجد مناشف ومياه والألعاب مبعثرة وغير منظمه . عامل التنظيف يجب أن يزور المكان بشكل متكرر.

Overall, the hotel cleanliness was good and the stay was comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Hasan from the breakfast buffet team for his kindness, support, excellent communication, and warm hospitality toward guests.
However, the TV in the room was not working, and the reception staff communication and hospitality level need improvement.

Room is clean and very comfortable
the security guards wear the vest is taking his job a little bit more serious. He is so noise and kept following us everywhere. He needs to be stopped. very uncappable and professional behavior.
There were no chargers or power plugs at the reception.
We order some food it was pre cooked and seems heated and served, it was fine.
