For parents with young children, there is a pack and play, a booster seat, and a stroller in the unit also. The unit is bright, cheery, and comfortable bringing your perfect getaway to the beach. This condo is right across the street from the Public beach access and is within walking distance of a variety of local restaurants and shops. Come stay for a while! Additional parking in the area is available. Please ask us for details. Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop until your heart's content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and many public beach access points. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

Great Gulf Blvd room! We enjoyed our stay. Listing is accurate. Only complaint I have is the sofa sleeper needs some love and a new mattress. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities. We cook our own dinner to save a few bucks and enjoyed the use of the grill for dinner and lunches.

The condo was perfect for us! Great location to beach, with easy access, short drive to Johns pass if walking isn’t preferred. Awesome restaurants in walking distance! Very clean! I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

My family of 6 stayed for vacation this year. We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and we were right across the street from public beach access. The condo came with some beach chairs and toys for the kids as well. It is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and came equipped with anything we needed for cooking.

The property had everything we needed and the location was perfect. My aunt, my daughter, and I were at Madeira Beach for my daughter's college spring break. We were close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and close to shopping. The home was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. I will be back to this area and will definitely look to book this property again.

We loved this place so much we will definately go back. It had everything you needed. It was so clean and comfortable. We could see the ocean from the porch. The store was right next door anytime we needed something. The beach was a 2min walk. Walking distance from many restaurants too. It was awesome!

We had an amazing time. We enjoyed the pool and loved that the beach was right across the road. John's Pass is a long walk or short drive away. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. The condo was very quiet and clean.

We rented a condo at Tropic Breezes on Madeira Beach for a family reunion in Redington. It was a perfect location, directly across the street from a public access and walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, and shops. The Condo size was perfect for our family of 5 and was equipped with everything we needed! We were so busy while we were there in FL that we never got to use the pool, but it looked nice and I seen it getting cleaned frequently! We would stay here again and I highly recommend this place to others! It was such a great little condo!
