Apartment was fine. Very noisy road. Parking limited when people were in the restaurant from about 8am to 2.30pm. Photos of building on VBRO need updating as building is now blue in colour not orange.

The host is great! Detailed information about check-in and check-out before I arrived. Prompt replies during the stay with questions, and the place was as described and very clean. Great location. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Maderia Beach.

It was all about location for us. We were in town for a beach wedding. The wedding and reception were in walking distance. Morning coffee on the balcony watching the manatees and dolphins too! Daily walks on the beach right across the street. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our trip.

This property was a great place to stay. Extremely convenient to the beach access, along with other things in the area to do. John was very prompt when I reached out to him about a problem with our tv hookup. We managed to figure it out on our own. I would definitely stay here again. The beach was lovely, as well.

My husband, our baby and I stayed in June.. we enjoyed the time we had a lot. The pool is so warm (like heated warm) you never want to get out. You’re so close to literally everything. The price wasn’t even too bad for what we got. 10/10

The inside of the condo is excellent. Well equipped, everything worked, clean. There is a repair patch that needs to be fixed in the master bathroom ceiling. Host is very responsive. We arrived at 2am and I was NOT impressed with the access to the Condos. The elevator lobby is off the parking lot and is small and dingy and NOT secured (i.e. coded door permanently left open). All comon areas could use a coat of paint. Swimming pool is clean and perfectly adequate. There is also a dock area with a BBQ grill. Location is very convenient; beach access is almost literally across the street where there is also a large local restaurant (Caddies). Grocery store is 4 minutes up by R.O.C. park and City Hall. A car is necessary for eating out, but there are plenty of options within a short range. I would book again, but it would be nice if the Condo Association would spruce up the parking/lobby area.

Great spot on the gulf coast. Easy free parking, beach across the street. This condo was a great value and nicely equipped for an easy stay on the coast. bars and shopping were very close, St Johns Pass for shopping and CAddies beach bar for cocktails! The Coffee shoppe in the building was PERFECT for breakfast or lunch if you dont want to prep alot of food. No reason to look far as this place was comfortable and easy and updated!

The front of the condo (outside the door) looks at the awesome Mad Beach. The rear sliders overlook the pool and lagoon/inlet. The amenities, linens, kitchen utensils, views, cleanliness, layout, bathrooms, access, interaction with the pm, and even the ability to send the trash down a chute were all spot on. But a few things need repair or replacements. It was tough to get the AC cool. The washer and dryer were terribly loud and the dryer either shrunk the clothes or left them wet on the first normal cycle. The lobby was very dirty and disgusting. The parking area, under roof, was delightful for the Florida showers. The decors of blue and yellow were inviting. The traffic noise in the second bedroom was surprising. Actually expected Mad Beach goers to be more respectful, as we have been in the area multiple times. All-in-all a great trip, but unhappy wife means no return to this locale.

Second Year Stay - Even Better Than The First

Our family takes a long weekend trip to Madiera every year and in the past we have always tried a new place each year...until we found John's place. We adore this property. The condo itself is wonderfully appointed with the ocean in the front and the bay in the back. It's close to everything...restaurants, grocery stores, the beach with private access, John's Pass, and anything else you need. The condo is equipped with everything for a comfy stay from extra towels and pillows, to a blender for fruity drinks and a fully equipped kitchen when you need to take a beach break and fill everyone up on sandwiches and snacks. The WIFI always works, the pool is clean and easily accessed and there are always toys for my kids in the condo and poolside. The owner makes sure that beach towels are available and the closet is stocked with umbrellas and a variety of chairs and even a wagon for beach days. Our family loves this property more than any other one on Gulf Blvd. We will see you again next year!

The condo is in a perfect location - Madeira Beach access is right down the road, but we were also able to just walk across the street to get on the beach. The building has a cute coffee shop attached so it is super convenient for breakfast and lunch. The view from the master bedroom overlooks the water, and you can see directly into the pool area from the balcony (really nice if you have kids). We also didn’t have to go anywhere for the 4th fireworks because we could see them from both the balcony and front porch of the condo! All in all, it was the perfect spot for our vacation.

The condo is AMAZING! It is in a great location & has everything you would possibly need! We even saw 2 manatees from the master bedroom & the balcony! Owner is super responsive. It’s easy to get to from Tampa Airport & plenty of parking available.
