We had a wonderful stay. Very clean. Easy check in. Great location! Walked to Johns Pass every morning for coffee. Right across street from beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back.

Overall, an amazing place to stay. Short, easy walk to the beach. Plenty of shops and places to eat witin walking distance, too. The place was very clean and well kept. The only downfall we had were the renters below who had parties every night until after midnight. 😴But we called the 24 hour number and they had non emergency police come.

The property was in a great location, super close to the beach and John's Pass and many other things to do. Check in was very disorganized. There was an email sent to me by the property manager not VRBO so I did not notice it right away and then when I called for assistance the person with the property management was extremely rude. The wifi in the condo also did not work and they said they would fix it within 24 hours and never did even though we asked multiple times. The company did let us store our luggage with them after check out since we did not fly out until the evening though which was nice.

Renting it was really smooth. Didn't like the fact that we had to go here for different days and hrs. And if it's this time then you need to go over here. It was a little stressful for being out of towners. The apartment was clean very well. Except for one of the bed sheets had a bunch of stains on them. Inside the bathroom was clean but noticed the paint is bubbling due to no exhaust fan. They did have a window in the shower but it also over looks johns pass. The location was perfect and I would probably stay there again.

Overall I would definitely recommend and we really enjoyed our stay. Madeira Beach is cute and definitely was not busy when we went. I loved being able to walk to John’s Pass and the close proximity to almost everything we needed. The apartment was immaculate and has the basics for your stay. I do wish they actually supplied the apartment with some extras like more then 1 roll of toilet paper or paper towels. There are no beach towels either. We did attempt to sit in the backyard one evening but noticed rats walking along the fence and that is a huge no for me. Rats are gross. I am assuming they came from the garage on the other side of the fence as there is a restaurant there. But overall it is a cute place with a nice location.

The shower head stopped after the first use. I called the number provided and the repair was quick and repair man was super friendly and professional. No complimentary coffee, so that was a bummer right off as I had to log into work the next morning with no caffeine.

The rental was pretty much as described in the online ad. However, there was an overwhelming smell of bleach upon entering the rental. It was so strong smelling it made me and my guests nauseated and have a headache. I had to prop open the window in the bathroom for awhile to dissipate the smell. On the evening of check in, the only bathroom sink in the unit would not drain nor did one of the tv’s in the bedroom work. I called the office to report the problem and was told the owner of the property had their own maintenance crew and they would report the issues to them. The next day I heard nothing, so I called the office again and was told the same thing. We stayed for 4 nights, and no one from maintenance ever came to fix the issues. It was VERY inconvenient that we had to wash our hands and brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and the property is a 5 minute walk from John Pass Villages. Very convenient, and there is a bike shop rental right next door. We liked the fact of having access to free laundry, and the coziness and privacy of the fenced in backyard and use of the outside grill. Overall, the property was ok. I gave it a 3 star rating due to the maintenance issues that never got fixed during our stay. Next time, I would pick another property that handled maintenance issues in a timely manner. Location was great!

This place was amazing and such great access to the beach. There was more then enough room for me and my daughters. Laundry room was so nice to have. We were in walking distance to food, shopping, and fun.

No one in our party had ever been to Madeira Beach before this trip and we all fell in love with the area! We usually have spent time on Anna Maria Island so we were a bit nervous if we would like it as much. So imagine our surprise when we ended up liking it EVEN MORE! There is so much to do for every age! The condo we stayed at could not have been in a better location! We walked everywhere and didn’t have to worry about parking! It was great! The condo itself was awesome. It worked out beautifully for us! We will definitely be back!!!

The property is a little noisy, but it is clean and the inside is in good shape. The check in was a little difficult, because the instructions indicate to go to one address, when we arrived, there was a note on the door stating to go to another address. It was all close together so it wasn't that big of a deal, but it was a little confusing. The place came with one roll of t-p and one garbage bag for a week. I feel those items should be a given when renting a place. We flew in and had to go grocery shopping for basic amenities. We typically stay in vacation rentals and those items are typically present for our stay without having to venture out and purchase them. We left a lot of basic items for the next guests, I hope that housekeeping keeps the items there so the next people do not have to Huber it to the grocery store. On the upside the place is literally next to John's Pass with all of the dining, shopping, and activities to do. The beach access is right across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Not worth the $1000 that we spent for 4 nights. Pictures looked nice. False advertising for sure. Back tiki hut area was trashed. Garbage and cigarettes on the back stairs. Great location to John’s Pass.

Nice and quiet, couldn’t hear guests in other units. Great location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants/bars. Everything in the apartment was very nice, except the header for the shower door— it’s way too low, at just the right height to bang your head!
