This oasis, is beautifully decorated and newly painted, has granite kitchen counters, newer stainless appliances and cabinets. It includes 3 FREE cable TVs, internet, and wifi. The Master bedroom with private full walk-in bath , TV and walk in closet just calls you to stay awhile. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath just outside the door and also has a spacious closet and wall mount TV. The condo was very clean, well stocked with kitchen items as well as beach items. The full size washer and dryer was nice to have. It is a small walk to the beach but we enjoyed it. The days my father in law went with us we drove as it was a bit too far for him due to his knees. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We came to town to celebrate a couple of birthdays and visit friends. This spot was perfect for us. Walking location to beach access, grocery store, local bars, restaurants. Enjoyed the pool on site as well. Place was super clean and everything you could need for your stay. We enjoyed sitting on the patio each evening too!

Well, first of all, we’re already talking about next year staying there, it was absolutely beautiful. It was everything Vicki and Scott said it was and more. Vicki is the sweetest lady for someone that I’ve never met but she has helped me tremendously. It was my first time doing anything on the computer like this I was nervous but she helped me through it.
Also, the place is amazing. Everything is right there at your fingertips the grocery store the dollar store. The Beach, the most important to us. There was plenty to do shopping, swimming, and eating what we love to do lol .We went Dolphin watching we went out in the ocean on our kayaks, and spent the day on sand bars we ate lots of seafood we ate pizza @ jets. It was great I just can’t say enough about this place and Vicki the host, the condo is beautiful and perfect for a family, couples or just yourself. My granddaughter loved getting up in the morning and walk over to the pier and then the pool at the condo and then walk to the beach we would go.You can only rate five stars, but if I could I rate 10 stars.

A nice apartment fairly close to the beach. Very nice with a wagon to have to the beach. Nice with all the beach chairs as well!
We could not sleep in the sofa in the living room as an adult. Very uncomfortable. Maybe a small child would find it comfortable.
Tips: The one thing that we missed were a small map of the area (Madeira beach yacht club). The cleaning staff could do a better job in the washing machine. It was quite moldy by the opening in it.

Loved this property. It was super convenient to everything. Beach is a less than 10 minute walk. Winn Dixie is at the end of the street, as well as CVS. Having a store that close is huge. A number of great little restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed Frabotta’s. Condo was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Note to all, do your shopping after you get in and check out what is there. Several beach chairs, umbrellas, lots of beach toys, some inflatables, beach mats. Also a beach wagon and a few boogie boards.. it is as an exceedingly hot week while we were there but we still had a great time.Kids loved the pools. The close one is a chlorine pool but the one up front is a saltwater. Neither is very big but it was never crowded when we went. Also most of the pools are in the deeper side (4-8feet) so keep that in mind if you have toddler ages. Communication with Vicki was excellent and prompt.. I do suggest if you have lots of electronics devices you charge pack an extra USB hub or two. Beds were very comfortable as well. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

This property is the best, one of the most relaxing vacations ever, the place is beautiful and close to everything, shopping, beach, and the pool. The pier is also super close for fishing, we saw dolphin several times. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this condo so much! There was so much to do within walking distance of the condo and our kids enjoyed every second of our vacation! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful vacation. The location was perfect for my family. My husband and son prefer to fish the whole time and my daughter and I go to the beach. The condo sat in the middle of both. Having the splash pad and playground across the street was an added bonus. I liked the location of this condo as the parking was outside of the gated entrance, so we didn't have to fuss with the remembering a gate code. Finally, we really didn't need to bring anything when it came to the beach. Everything we needed for the beach was already there (chairs, cart, sand toys, water toys, and cooler). It was just perfect!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming! The kitchen was very well stocked and there was nothing we needed when preparing our meals. The location is superb! There is a swimming pool steps away and the beach is a very short walk. They provided all the beach items we needed….chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and a wagon! It is walking distance to a grocery store, CVS and several restaurants and bars. Vicki was quick to respond with answers to my questions. We are looking forward to returning….we highly recommend this condo!!

Great location very close to Gulf Drive which has all dining and entertainment one could ask for, close to the beach as well. Less than 1/2 hour drives to the golf courses I needed.

This is a very clean property with everything you need to have a worry free vacation. There are plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses etc.We didn't copk anything but coffee but if we had there were also spices and condiments to use. The beach is about a block or so away. The pool is about 50 steps out the door. There are many restaurants closeby as well as a supermarket, Dollartree and CVS around the block. The owners provided beach chairs, wagon, toys and beach umbrellas. It is a great place to vacation.

Perfect location for the beach and harbor. It’s an easy walk to both with 2 pools in the middle of the complex. While at the beach the Snack Shack has food and drink for purchase. Or you can pack your own food & beverages into the coolers and beach wagon as provided by the condo. Beds were very comfy. What a great time for a 1st time visit to this area! The place was great and so very comfortable. Loved that we were able to walk to the beach and local places to grab a bite to eat. Owners were very communicative and were willing to help with anything needed. We look forward to another visit and high recommend this property!!

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. The owner's were easily available for our questions and needs. Our 23 month old grandson enjoyed running around inside even finding the UNO cards, so we spent one night up playing till 1AM and him falling asleep in my arms as we played. Thanks for a great week of fun.

Vicki and Scott, owners, have been a joy to communicate with from the word "Go" and throughout our stay! It is very evident much thought and set up planning was put into this rental. The property meant expiations. Everything was there that you could possibly think of needing. There was a nice wagon, chair, umbrella and plenty of sand toys to have a perfect day at the beach. It was a very quiet area. A short walk to Winn Dixie for all of your needs. Vickie was very responsive to all of our messages. She gave us plenty of options to try all sorts of yummy food. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Vacation. Exceeded our expectations!
This property is perfect. The host Vicki and Scott have done a wonderful job with the pictures showing their property. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Their place is beautiful inside and out. The description given for distance to local attractions is exactly as described.
We do not eat out very often, but there are a couple of restaurants/beach bars within walking distance of the property. The kitchen in their home was perfect for us. All appliances were in excellent working order. Plenty of dishes, pots pans etc for families that prefer to dine at home. Not once did you hear us say "oh they don't have something we need for cooking or grilling."
If you have young children there is a playground across the street at ROC Park. We have older kids 18 and 23 and they enjoyed walking around the neighborhood or going to John's Pass.
Vicki and Scott were easy to reach and responded to any questions we had immediately. During our stay we noticed the air conditioning was not working as well as when we first arrived. I was worried we would not be able to reach them, but they called us within a few minutes. They told us exactly what happened and what to do. They stayed on the phone with us to make sure the unit went back to working properly and assured us if this simple fix did not work they would send someone out to fix. They were so kind and you could tell they were truly concerned that we were happy with our stay.
We will be repeat visitors.

Clean rental, prime location
This rental has 2 large bedrooms, 1 with an en suite bathroom with shower, plus another bathroom with tub. The bathrooms are tight but have everything you need including counter space.
Everything in the unit was labeled with tips for using the appliances and the afore mentioned notes about no food or drinks in the bedrooms. Some might think it was too many “rules” but we appreciated the clear directions and expectations.
The carpet is brand new and is cleaned thoroughly. They ask for no drinks and food in the rooms but we also did no shoes, no dirty feet, no nothing because 1. It’s lovely, soft and gorgeous carpet and 2. We loved it so much we would sometimes sit on the floor to play games and stuff. We have new carpet at home so this was normal for us. We would recommend that you do the same so that we all can enjoy it going forward. Yes—the carpet is worth discussing at length. I don’t know if it’s the particular shag of it or the carpet pad, but it’s not cheap I’ll say that much.
The location was amazing for our family with 2 elementary aged kids. The Madeira Beach ROC park is across the street with a playground, splash pad, pier, all the sports fields, basketball court, and tennis court. There is a Winn Dixie in walking distance (Publix is a short drive over the bridge), CVS in walking distance, as well as restaurants. The beach is a short walk, but it’s far enough that I would dread the walk home so we parked at the lot there $10 for 3 hours I believe, which was enough in the hot, summer sun. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
The kitchen had everything we needed except our own food. It even had some food staples (sugar, salt, oil) left by prior guests and owner which was a bonus treat.
Overall, I dreaded writing this review because I don’t want you to know how wonderful it is because I want it all for myself. Go look elsewhere. Thanks!

A hidden gem!
We absolutely loved this property and will absolutely be returning! It was a very very short walk from the beach, maybe 8-10 minutes! The surrounding restaurants and stores are amazing. We loved Haze Ice cream and empanada brothers the best! Winn Dixie is a 5 minute walk. The condo itself is adorable and so tastefully decorated. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is stocked well so we didn’t have to buy a bunch of spices and such like we thought we would have to. The park is fun and there’s a splash pad for kids. Multiple pools throughout so it was never super crowded. Vicki and Scott are excellent communicators! It’s super clean and we felt very safe and at home the entire time. Highly recommend!

When we arrived at the property, we were a little early. Our flight landed at 8:30am. And check in was at 4pm. We asked if we could please check in a bit earlier and we're able to around 2pm.
At first, we were disappointed with the location. Yes, it's next to the gulf and across from a park. But, other than that the only other appeal was the beach. There was no good food nearby. Just chain restaurants and it seemed more like an adult area. Lots of weed smells and drunk people.
Then, the next morning at 8am, gardeners started working. And they were LOUD. They were right outside the sunroom, which is right next door to the master bedroom. They went on for HOURS! And we had been up late because we thought we would be able to sleep in. It is vacation after all.
The second morning, the same thing. Then the 3rd. And finally, I had enough and went out to the front patio where I found a man with a leaf blower blowing off the beach equipment and chairs . It was 11am by this point and I was very tired. I asked him to please stop so we could sleep and he said "the condo pays thousands for this, take it up with them."
I messaged the owners about the loud noise because no where in their listing did it say loud gardening work will take place every morning at 8am. She replied with basically "be happy the grounds are pretty." Like, no, I want a vacation where I can sleep in! I don't care about your gardening work at 8am! I would not have booked if I knew I was going to woken up by loud gardening work!!
Then, the master bathroom HAS NO WATER PRESSURE!! You can not take a shower in the master bathroom properly, especially after a beach day. When I messaged the property, she said "deal with it. We think it's adequate enough. Use the other shower." We booked this property SPECIFICALLY FOR THE 2ND SHOWER!! We have children. We thought it would be great to have our own shower for privacy. But, we did not !!
They have a pool next to their condo that is chlorinated. But the second pool next to the rooms with the workout equipment is clearly not. The water is oddly sweet. My daughter pointed this out after going under the water during a fun activity with the kids.
The sauna did not work.
The workout equipment is VERY OLD! The treadmill bounces when you run on it.
Overall, we left MORE EXHAUSTED THAN WHEN WE ARRIVED!
