Overall, this was a very good experience. Location was fabulous and we could easily walk to John's Pass shops and eateries. Condo was nicely laid out and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen minimally stocked, but we ate out mostly so it was ok. We had some minor issues when we moved in, but the ladies in the office were awesome and most of our concerns were taken care of.

Fantastic location!
Loved my stay. My family booked it for a week and enjoyed our stay very much. The place isn’t huge but has all the comforts you need plus the location is fantastic. With a 30 second walk to the boardwalk and beach across the street, it’s hard to get better than that. The traffic is a little high since it’s in front of the intersection. Overall a great place with lots to do around. I’ll definitely try to come back soon.

Close to the beach
We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights.
Pros: proximity to the beach and boardwalk cannot be beat. Price was decent for the length of time we stayed. Check in was quick and easy. Appliances were clean and in working order.
Cons: beds were terribly uncomfortable and sunken in. We had to change to the spare sheets because the original ones felt unclean. Some curtains would have worked to block out the street light at night.

I had read a previous review where they talked about how loud it was outside and I assumed it was due to the summer months of activity, but that is not the case at this location. There is a lot of noise with the traffic sound and people walking around. Very thin walls with the other units and guests partying downstairs. If you are deaf- this would work well for you. Also, the shower has little to no pressure so that was also a downside.

The property was not ready to enter at check in (3pm) we had to wait another hour for cleaning. When entering the unit it was clear it was not cleaned properly. The duvet covers were FILTHY, obvious fluids on them from the previous guest that checked out prior to our arrival. The extra blankets in the room where even dirty and had not been washed. Dirty hand and feet prints all over the walls. Dirty socks behind the bedroom door. Questionable stuff on the wall in the bathroom. A layer of dust that was clear that the place had not been deep cleaned in a long time. The blinds in the living room had been chewed on by a pet. The hot pan pot holder was covered in food, crumbs in the oven. The floor was dirty with dried playdoh caked into the rug and all over the floor. The alarm clocks in both the rooms did not work because they did not have power cords nor batteries so they were useless. Not enough towels and I ended up having to wash them mid stay. We had to supply soap (dish and hand), TP, paper towels, and bleach wipes because there was not enough supplied for our stay. The outdoor area in the common area had trash in the landscaping. We even killed two roaches during our stay. The location is central but right on a busy road and next to a bar at Johns Pass so the road traffic and people traffic is VERY loud. If you are a light sleeper you are gonna need ear plugs. I was very disappointed in this rental and would never recommend it to anyone. I did report these issues right away to the office staff and they sent over house keeping who we had to sit and watch do some additional cleaning that still didn't even bring up the unit to our standards. I spent hours dealing with this after a 20+ hour drive before I could even start my vacation with my family.

The only issues I had were the a/c didn’t work properly for the first 2 days, there weren’t any extra linens, and there wasn’t a trash can for us to use as well as no dish soap or extra toilet paper.

Great location, disappointing with cleanliness
The unit was nicely furnished and equipped. Location is great, we enjoyed walking around and trying the different restaurants in the area. The proximity to the beach was great. However, we expected specially during this pandemic time for the unit to be super clean and it was not. The area rugs in the living area and bathroom were filthy. There was a large dog bone under the TV console and when we swept the floors we picked up lots of dog hair. Obviously the floors were not properly cleaned, and I didn’t know pets were allowed, maybe I missed it in the description but I generally stay away from units were pets are allowed because of allergens and cleanliness concerns. The other major area of dissatisfaction was the bathroom, it looked cleaned on the surface but there were hairs on the shower walls, and it just didn’t feel clean. We went out and bought detergent and cleaned the best we could, the tile grout became immediately whiter with some scrubbing. Clearly, I was on vacation and it is not my job to clean the place, specially after paying a substantial amount for cleaning and service. It is disappointing that the rules expect renters to clean and leave the property in perfect condition but owners don’t always meet the same expectation. My other issue is how cheap some places are with supplies, I was there for 3 days and I had to buy toilet paper, dish soap and multi purpose bleach cleaner; most other places I’ve been too supply plenty cleaning supplies I know it is not required but I’m only trying to keep the place clean. And 1 back up role of thin toilet paper is not enough. Hope this helps to improve future service, thank you.

Close to all the action for the right tenants
Location: Adjacent to the John's Pass Entertainment / Shopping area made strolling over for a drink, food, shopping or people watching effortless. The condo's location right on the busy 4 lane main road came with traffic noise at all hours plus occasional late night pedestrian chatter, so renters should consider their noise tolerance. A/C and ceiling fans lessened but did not drown out street noise.
Condo comments: Compact unit was comfortable for our party of two, and probably fine for two adults and two younger children. The bathroom is tiny - single person at a time use with shower only.
Suggestions to bring: Beach towels. ($15-20 in adjacent shops). Ground coffee/round filters for drip coffeepot. Toiletry bag to take in and out of bathroom.
Beach: Easy access at marked and flashing lighted crosswalks. Soft, clean sand.
Recommended restaurants: Mad Beach Brewpub (L/D) (adjacent), Sweet Brewnettes (B/L) about a 10 minute walk - fun retro vibe.
