Great location and amenities. Easy access and very roomy space. The only thing I think it needs is new curtains. But, that being said I would still stay there again.

The property was not as pictured. The location is great and the fact that it has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a washer and dryer is great especially for a family. It was clean and the fridge and washer and dryer were in good condition. It had all the basics. That being said, everything was so worn out. The kitchen utensils were worn and we couldn't find except one top to a pot to boil water. The curtains were a mish-mash and it was so hard to sleep with the light coming through. The seats on the balcony were ridiculous. the cushions don't even match the chair style and certainly weren't comfortable. Main point is that the property had so much potential if the place had decent blackout curtains from Costco or something! The bed sheets were so rough and blankets were clearly worn. Need to have new silverware! Only had about 5 or 6 spoons that weren't even a set! Pillows on the sofa were also worn out and not as pictured at all. The facility and location were great but we were expecting the place to be better than what it was.

We loved the view overlooking the boats and just enough space on deck to dry our suits and towels. Had a food delivery and driver had no issues finding us. Quick and easy access to the beach. We really appreciated having beach towels, noodles and sand toys. If you forget to rinse off at the beach entrance, there is a spigot in the parking area to remove sand from feet.

This was our first trip to Madeira Beach and won’t be our last. The condo was bright and had wonderful amenities (closet full of beach gear), and was right across the street from the beach. This section of beach is uncrowded and very clean. We even saw a few manatees swim past us when we were in the water. Walking distance to several restaurants and less then a mile from John’s Pass. Check in was fast and easy. We had no issues to contact the property manager about but if we did I know they would have been very responsive. We absolutely will return to this property.

Perfect location for our short weekend stay. Loved the Sweet Brewnette coffee shop below us and walking distance to beach and restaurants. Had a view of ocean and bay which was nice. Bed linens could use some upgrades but overall nice resort. Will consider a different room for a future stay.

This is the 3rd time staying at skyline, different rooms each time. Location is very good, checking is good. I do have to say in the units we stayed they all needed updates. Patio furniture is old and not worth sitting on. Dryer in all 3 units have needed to be updated/cleaned. Our last room dryer door was so rusted on inside that I was afraid of what it would do to clothes. I would think whoever oversees the units should see this. All so obvious. Maybe owners are not aware. ?

It was comfortable. Slept well. Decorated well. Most of what was needed was available- missing mixed drink glasses. Wasn’t in there for more then a few hours before bed. Felt it was a little overpriced esp after looking at all the taxes charged. It would have been nice to have damage fee or at least half refunded after place inspected for damage.

This is my third time staying at the Skyline, I love it. Close to the beach, nice pedestrian area with shops. Nice pool and facilities all around. We ran into one small problem, Charles and Liz were right on top of it!! Thanks guys!!

The view off the patio was gorgeous. Also it was a good location. I could walk to St John’s pass for dinner. I didn’t have time to go to the beach but it was right across the street. I would definitely choose this place again

We loved the location of this property. It was a very easy walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Lots of things to do a short drive away. The condo was the perfect size for two adults, a teenager and a child. The condo included all the necessary things for a weeklong stay, was comfy and clean. The closet had a ton of beach stuff, including chairs, a wagon and beach chairs, which was a great surprise! We would definitely stay here again

Great family time
We loved our stay. It was across from the beach and the pool was nice for the kids when we came back from the beach. The property is located close to John’s Pass and plenty of restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

Nice place
It was just as it said on the website. There were few areas that needed a little better cleaning before we got there but not bad. It was very nice and suited me my teenage kids very well. Lots of things were with in walking distance which made it nice. And there were lots of things that we could use for the beach and a nice wagon to get the chairs and beach things across the street to the beach that were there for us to use. Overall it was a nice place and I would recommend it.

Great Location, very nice condo.
We loved this condo and its location! It was great. The condo did come with beach towels and the owner's notes to us was that it did not. As we were there for only a few days we were traveling light and I brought beach towels which I did not need. Would have liked to have known that before hand. Otherwise loved the condo and would rent it again! Very nice location and accomodations!

The floors in the condo had not been washed. There were coffee stains under the table and by the sliding door. They ask that you leave all the bedding on the beds...seems sketchy and gross to me.

Fits our family!
This was our second time staying at the Skyline Resort. The location is great, across the road from the beach access and the unit supplied Beach stuff to use, there was even a fishing pole and basic supplies to use. My teenager really enjoyed ending the days at the dock- fishing while my daughter and I swam in the pool or my husband and I enjoyed a wine poolside. Maybe some hedge trimming if possible around the pool area but nothing major. We ordered breakfast from the coffee shop downstairs one morning and WOW was it good! Interesting and delicious offerings for sure. The unit itself had two very comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Other reviews have complained about the washer and dryer being loud- these were normal sounding machines so Idk what that was about. We definitely valued having the ability to do laundry since we flew using only a backpack each (cheaper to pack light) Check-in was easy, no problems whatsoever the whole time we were here. Last year we had a parking pass issue and they were immediately on top of it. This place and the people are fantastic and we will definitely be back. :)

Nice condo
We enjoyed the condo and location but the floors need to be scrubbed better. The TV was difficult to operate at first so instructions would help. Otherwise it was great. Thanks

Great time
Great property it is a little small but no issues with anything. Right across the street from the beach. Only issue was parking in the morning because of the restaurant down stairs. But it is not a big deal. You just have to wait for a space. I’d rent again

After reading other reviews (at least 4) we noticed the issue with noise had been going on for over a year. One would have thought by then they would have replaced the thing. A New machine would have been less expensive then cost of service call/ technical 3+ times. Parking spaces were difficult to find from morning until after 2pm daily due to traffic from busy coffee shop on premises. Management didn't seem to care about our not being able to find a parking space. We will look for another property when we return to the area.

Nice Apartment
Easy to check in and access the apartment, had a little miscommunication with the security door access at night, but the maintenance staff answered quickly. Nice size and location for us. It was our first time visiting the area, found it easy to walk to the beach.
