The beds were comfortable and the living area was a great size to just relax after being in the sun all day. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, serving dishes, and pots/pans. The view from the balcony was immaculate and we were able to enjoy the beach, pool, and hot tub. A nice 12 minute walk (2 min drive) to John's Pass for shopping and eats. The beach was so clean and the water so clear. This was the best getaway for my busy family. The soft white sand of the beach is directy in front of our beachfront condo and beachfront pool area and just steps to the warm waters of the gulf of mexico. This is probably the feature that drew our family to the this building the most. Our family can be at the pool or on the beach or from our balcony and we still feel connected. You will enjoy the sound of the surf from the living room and the main bedroom as you relax. Our condo includes high speed INTERNET wifi and full range of digital cable TV channels for your pleasure. Our Beach front vacation condo offers a large lounge/dining area, large kitchen, master bedroom with 2 beds ( a Queen bed and also a full ) Balcony with full ocean front view, 4 piece en-suite bathroom with shower room and and double washbasins, 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and a bay view and 3 piece bathroom with shower and bathtub. Queen sleeper sofa in living area. Our condo is fully equipped and comfortable with video players and TV's in both bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is complete with a range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, coffee maker, microwave, blender, full set of crockery and cooking utensils.

This property is just as described and has such beautiful views. We even saw dolphins our first day, too! It's close to shops and restaurants. Being just steps away from the beach was amazing. This property allowed us to just sit back and relax which is exactly what we needed! Can't wait to come back!

Location/beach - perfect if you are looking to relax. Condo is clean with very outdated furniture pieces ( as described in listing descriptions ) and most of the kitchen cooking equipment and bedroom covers. Elevator was disaster hopefully they fixed it. Overall I would stay there again if they at least updated the bedrooms blankets and patio chairs. As I said location is perfect, quite and clean.beach is long and beautiful with amazing sunsets. I got what I was looking for.

Nothing at all provided - meaning no salt and pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, limited dish soap, no beach towels. I should have read the description better - I wouldn’t sit on the furniture.

We love this area and have been coming for years. First time staying in this condo and at this building. Host was very responsive to questions and my emails. People in unit above us were very loud. Could hear them talking, running, walking etc. even waking us up at night. The pool was smaller than appears and there is very limited deck space. We were never able to have seating or able to use the pool. The condo itself has very old furniture and couches are stained and uncomfortable. Beds are not comfortable, just lumpy mattresses. Would recommend taking your own sheets and towels so you have enough. Pans were in the cabinet and dirty when I went to use them. Rest of the unit was clean. Shower head in master bath is non existent and water pressure very low. Everyone had to shower in the second bathroom to get hair rinsed. Very kind host, unit itsself needs some work for the price.

The location and view is wonderful. That’s where the stars come in.
If you are only staying a weekend or maybe a week, it’s ok. We stayed 5 weeks.
The living room furniture is collapsed and extremely uncomfortable. Also filthy with years of sunscreen and sweat. Impossible to relax in there.
Coffee pot leaks unless you stand there and hold the lid firmly.
Weak water pressure in the master shower and that shower is very narrow and dark.
Only 2 of the burners on the stove were operational.
Very very dim lighting throughout the condo.
Very minimal kitchen supplies. There is a pot there that needs to be thrown out. No large bowls. Cutting boards were disgusting and stained. I bought a bunch of stuff to use for cooking and prepping.
The door handle came off of the outside of the door as we were leaving for dinner. The manager/owner was very difficult to communicate with. The locksmith came and fixed the doorknob, but then the inside one wouldn’t turn. I emailed Ken and he told me if it wasn’t right to call the locksmith myself.
His responses usually came after a day or two if at all.
Many of the other people staying there paid far less for much nicer units.
I would never book this place again.

The owner was honest in his discription of property,we knew it wasnt going to be fancy fancy when we booked. Location Location Location is what this place is about. The view was amazing and the sounds of the waves at night also made it worth it. I would love to see the owners do a few things to it and would be willing to even pay more next time if it is done..

I rented this for a yearly girls trip. It was wonderful!!
It's directly on the ocean, beautiful views from a cozy 5th floor, private balcony. It was so quiet and peaceful. Walking out to the beautiful ocean without having to dodge chairs and people was terrific. It seems almost uninhabited which is nice. It's close to good restaurants and of course John's Pass.
Our condo was perfect. There were 4 of us and we were all comfortable. It's very homey and exactly what we needed. It's not marble counter tops etc but seriously, who needs this when u have everything at your finger tips. It's a good size kitchen for cooking and eating tho we chose the beautiful views to eat our dinner by.
Bedrooms were comfortable as were the beds. Some things people will see as needing updating but who really cares?? Bug free, everything works and extremely comfortable.
We will b coming back to this hidden gem.
Connection with owner was difficult but I'm sure he'll correct this. We didn't need him past the first eve upon check in.

The condo could probably use a few updates, but who wants to stay indoors when the weather is warm and sunny and the water is a few steps away.
