Nestled in Noord, this lovely house for $458 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Palm Beach Paradise Villa – “One Happy Villa” Tranquility and wonderful memories await you! The property at this private tropical villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 spacious bathrooms and sleeps from 2 -12. The main house sleeps 8 and the newly remodeled guest house on the property has an additional bedroom, pullout sofa bed and bathroom and sleeps 2 -4 more. Located a 5-10 minute walk to the top rated Aruba Palm Beach, shopping, restaurants, casinos, bowling alley, cinemas, outdoor entertainment, water sports and attractions and a 5-10 minute drive to many of Aruba’s turquoise crystal clear waters and pristine beaches. Nearby beaches include Eagle Beach, Arashi, Malmok and Boca Catalina. House includes a private CONCIERGE service. Our lovely concierge specialist will come out and schedule many different activities including fishing, land excursions, private beach visits, home chef, grocery shopping drop offs, poolside yoga, aerobics and pilates, by the pool manicures and pedicures and more! We also have an amazing massage therapist who will set up private massages under the palapa. Nothing compares to an outdoor massage with the wind on your back and the sound of the pool waterfalls in the background. ( Bring out the Bose music player and listen to spa music too!) Palm Beach Paradise Villa is a spacious home with an open concept layout and a bedroom layout that provides the utmost privacy. The living area has a large screen TV and looks out at the pool through double sliders. The kitchen is well equipped and roomy. The large square dining table seats 8+. The master and 2nd bedroom both have king size beds. The very large upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and a very large bathroom. To complete your days at the beach she provides beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler, beach chairs and of course noodles to float on. Fill up the cooler with your favorite beverage and snacks and bring the sunscreen. There is even an extra cooler in the laundry room for ice and beers. Need a break from the beach? Relax in her private pool surrounded by gorgeous tropical landscape and listen to the waterfalls. Great home that has everything you need to be comfortable and have fun. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful pool and amenities. Outstanding concierge helps plan a wonderful vacation. Chef can prepare great gourmet meals. Arrange massages in the shade outdoors. Close to shopping and restaurants. Best paradise vacation. Owner accommodating and very helpful. We had 10 family members and home had plenty of space for everyone.

This place is even better in person than in the pictures, and the hosts are just as amazing as the house. They are there to help an any way, shape, or form they can. They'll check-in just to make sure everything is going well, and are a true asset to the trip. We timed our walk to the beach at 8 minutes, but chose to walk further at times for open areas. The strip is also a great time at night, and being in the center of Palm Beach, you are a close 5 minute drive to eagle Beach or Arashi Beach (which was our favorite). We used the guest house for a couple that don't like to stay up late paying games, so the space ended up being so perfect. At the end of the trip, each person in my party talked about how great our stay at this house was. If you're going the house rental route in aruba, this is top notch.

This house was perfect for our family's spring break. It was exactly as described. The location was awesome for access to palm beach's activities - beaches, outstanding restaurants/bars, shopping, etc. Super clean, awesome pool, comfortable beds, nice kitchen/common areas, great outdoor space. Really liked it. Have already recommended it to friends. Hosts were awesome and very easy to communicate with. Great property!

The house was beautiful, furnished with all the amenities needed, a well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, pool floats, etc. Directions and check-in process was great, beds were comfy, clean home, good wifi, close to Noord. The pool out back was beautiful and a great way to relax late afternoon after exploring Aruba for the day.

Bedrooms are large and spacious and the best beds of any rental we have stayed in by far. Great outdoor area with a palapa for shade and outdoor dining. Pool is awesome to jump into to cool off. The location of this house is superb as it’s a quick 5 minute walk to beaches, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this house and especially if there are a group interested as there is plenty of room.

The Villa was just as pictured and perfect for our 2 families (6 people total). My 15 year old loved the guest house. Awesome pool and outside area....enough sun and shade. Clean & had everything we needed. Location was great.

We had an amazing week in Aruba with our family of four and grandparents. We traveled with 2 little ones, age 4 years and one 8 months old and the house had everything we needed. The owners reached out in advance to ask if we needed a pack and play and high chair which was so much appreciated, less we had to travel with. One of the owners also called a few days before we left just to check in and answer any questions I had. They were so accommodating. The house had so much space and the pool and cabana outside was so nice. Every morning we had breakfast outside and drank our coffee while my son swam in the pool. The pool lights at night are also so much fun, my son loved them. It’s a short walk to palm beach, we had no problem taking the shortcut with our stroller. We chose to drive most mornings because we liked being on the beach in front of the Hilton the most. They have the widest beach and the most spread out. We rented umbrellas there and took our beach chairs. If you go early, there’s a side road by the Barcelo that’s public parking or park in the Hyatt lot. If you go to Eagle beach, there’s not a lot of food options so pack snacks if you have babes, but the palapas were free and there was even free beach chairs but it was so nice to have the beach chairs the house provided so we didn’t have to worry. I personally loved eagle beach the most with my babies, less crowded, got the best pictures there but it was inconvenient for food. 10/10 recommend this house. We loved all the games, Jenga, cornhole, dice, and we loved all the pool toys and floats. They even have a music speaker to enjoy. The house had multiple hairdryers, washer and dryer, coffee pot, blender, anything you can seriously think of, it had. Bathrooms with every bedroom, huge showers, beautiful kitchen and dinning table, and the outdoor area was incredible. I just truly cannot say enough good things. If you are considering booking, book now before it sells out. Best money I’ve ever spent. This was our fourth year traveling to Aruba and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing house with us, looking forward to booking with you many years to come! Love the Hubbell’s :)

The location was a short walk to the popular Palm Beach hotels and beaches, the private pool was perfect to lounge by anytime of the day or night!!! The house was large, private, spotless and had every amenity a family could ask for. The owners stayed in touch and answered all of our questions and made great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. I wish I had time to book a massage but the week flew by and before I knew it, it was time to head home. I'm already looking at the calendar to find dates for next year!!!

The place is fantastic, location is even better. We had our 3 kids and 3 of their friends with us on this vacation. The house is so close to everything that our kids walked to the beach, restaurants and shops, it made it so easy.

This is a great place to stay in Palm Beach. It is about a 7 minute walk to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was great after a day after the beach or in the mornings. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The property owners were very responsive about all of our questions. There were 5 adults and we all had an amazing time and looking forward to going back some time!
