O anúncio informa que a casa possui 4 suítes. Ocorre que na prática são 3 suítes e um quarto em que o banheiro fica na entrada do corredor em frente ao quarto e o mais perto da piscina. Confesso que não teria optado por alugar a casa se soubesse desse fato, e a minha nota foi baixa justamente por me ter desapontado em um requisito que não era negociável para mim. Os quartos de baixo próximos da piscina são um pouco barulhentos e escutam tudo (cada pisada) do quarto do andar superior. Quem tem sono leve vai sofrer muito. O dono da casa é bem agradável e educado. Ia todos os dias na casa, pelo menos uma 2 vezes por dia verificar se estava tudo bem. A piscina achamos um pouco turva. Tivemos um probleminha de entupimento no ralo, mas o dono da casa prontamente se dispôs em ajeitar. O local é bem localizado e agradável.
