We loved the preserved look inside the home-wood floors, door knobs, light fixtures, etc.

This is a a fantastic place both for the house and neighborhood! We would definitely do it again if ever in that area again The bonus is that you do NOTHING on checking out! Fantastic place to stay!

Great property. Great host. Close to many places to eat, within walking distance. Not far from Graceland and Bealle St (20 minutes). Would stay again.

Kirks property was very excellent for a trip to Memphis. Great area, never rented a car, used Lyft the whole time. Never really felt I needed a car. House is in a very nice area. Easy walk to restaurants etc Walk to the zoo. Very very easy, check-in and checkout. Provided with water, coffee and a nice cold six pack of beer. Nice porch. The property was very big and clean. I would definitely stay there again when I go to Memphis. Checking in, and out was so easy. Pretty perfect

Kirk's property was totally IMMACULATE. This is a carefully updated property with some wonderful appeal. Charm has been maintained with original glass/French doors, columned architecture, crown molding. ALL appliances worked exceptionally well. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and linens. OUTSTANDING location for walking to restaurants, strolling city streets or shopping. Nearby grocery store, bakery and drugstores huge plusses! Would definitely book here again!

This was a great place to stay! If I could give him 10 STARS, I would. Kirk is great as a property owner/manager. If you need to contact him, he’s only a text away. It’s like staying in an old Victorian home! High ceilings, crown molding, large rooms. Two full bathrooms and he even supplies shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and pump soaps at all three sinks. He supplies dish soap, dish washer soap and laundry soap. No need to worry about towels, there’s plenty! And blankets galore! The furnace and air conditioning works great (we needed both). The home is huge and we joked that we had to take “The Trek” to the kitchen when we were sitting in the living room. Speaking of the kitchen, all of the appliances are new and you have a gas stove to cook on! The beds were comfortable but seemed a little smaller than a queen, but that gives you reason to snuggle more. The property is close to everything. It’s like 15 minutes to Beale Street where there are tons of restaurants and bars and shopping.. About 15 minutes to the Mississippi River. We went on a horse drawn carriage ride and were about 10 minutes from the pick up point. We went on a bus tour that also took us to Sun Studio and we were about 10 minutes from the Tennessee welcome center which is where that picked us up. We went on a tour at Graceland and were about 15 minutes from that. And if need be, you’re only 10-15 minutes from the Methodist University Hospital. The young men that live upstairs are extremely nice and courteous! The house is in a great neighborhood…quiet and pretty! I have never been on vacation where all the local people are so friendly and welcoming! This is a great place to stay, I don’t believe anyone would or should have any complaints!
