If you're up for a little exercise, then Broadway and all the honkey tonks are only a 10-15 minute walk from the front door. Neighborhoods close to downtown: - The Gulch - Germantown - East Nashville - Midtown - Music Row - West End/Vanderbilt - Hillsboro Village - 12 South Interaction with Guests I can be there for check-in if you would like to ask any questions,. The door access code will be sent prior to your arrival so that you can just let yourself in! I will be a phone call or text away to help you with anything you might need for the duration of your stay. Quiet time from 10pm to 8am. This is a residential community. Our neighbors have agreed to allow us the privilege to rent our spaces short term. The majority of the residents are single, or young professional couples in their mid 30's, with no kids. We all have fun dining, exercising, clubbing, and enjoying all of the cultural activities Nashville has to offer... At the same time, we are conscientious of our surrounding and our neighbors rest. This is a big, happy, and relaxed community; please help us to keep it this way.

Clean and updated condo within walking distance to downtown. Pull out couch bed was comfortable and perfect for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay would definitely book this again.

This is a well kept condo with a few "extras" supplied by the hosts. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the riverfront view! There was a mix up upon arrival in that we were given the wrong unit number and entered an already rented condo. While waiting to hear back from the owner, we contacted Vrbo who told us to enter that unit again and take pictures of their dog!! We refused and, thankfully, the owner/host called us, apologized for the mix up, and we got into the right place. Not sure we can consider using Vrbo again as their solution was to basically break the law! However, we would stay at this condo again....hopefully through a different source. And, yes....we did purchase the Vrbo insurance.

The property details descriptions are perfect. It was so convenient to be so close to downtown. During our 4-day stay over a holiday weekend, we alternated between the 15-minute walk to Broadway and taking a quick rideshare. We loved the owner's responsiveness and above-and-beyond tips for Nashville newbies! What a great weekend!

Overall property was as listed. No issues with check in or out process. Toilet needs flapper repaired/replaced, water would run every hour or so. Other than that no issues.

This property was very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would stay here again; it is within walking distance to Broadway but it was too hot so we Ubered and didn’t have any issues getting one.

Love this actual place. Beautiful set up inside. Alot of construction going on around the area, but convenient to everything. Uber was quick and you were 5 minutes from broadway by Uber or 20 minutes walking. This was one of the best vacations taken.

I really liked the condo! Felt safe going for jogs. Only thoughts are 1) the carpets should be washed. ( not to bad but are in need). Also google maps shows the front of the place the awning… it looks like it is under construction, and I was very nervous driving there thinking the condo was a scam! But it was a very nice place!!! I would visit and stay there again !!

The location was perfect. Close enough to everything. The Condo was very clean and welcoming. The décor was perfection. It was great to take a dip in the pool when we got back from walking all over. The parking is covered, which was GREAT! It was really peaceful there. The only thing that was a bit difficult was no elevator. My husband had knee surgery in February so that made getting to the third floor with luggage a bit tricky. That was on us though. We should have asked. If there was an elevator, we just didn't see it. I would highly recommend this property. Loved it!

The condo was very clean! We forgot about the time difference and arrived early. The housekeeper was very nice about it and offered for us to bring our stuff up. It was an easy walk to Nissan Stadium. Rebecca was very responsive to messages and suggested many restaurants within walking distance where we could make reservations. We had a great stay! Would stay here again!

My fiancé and I decided to take a short trip away together. We decided to go to Nashville because we heard the food and atmosphere was amazing! Not only was that true, but we got to enjoy this amazing condo as well. It was beautiful inside and out! We couldn’t have asked for a better mini-vacation.

This condo was perfect. It was a short walk to Broadway. Loved looking at the river from our small balcony. The manager was was very nice. She Stopped by to introduce herself and to make sure we got all checked in and see if we needed anything. I would stay there again.

What a perfect place for us. Nice comfy king bed. Balcony overlooking river. Rebecca was so nice. She even had snacks and waters when you arrived. It’s about a mile from Broadway and my husband didn’t want to walk it. We took Ubers. It was about $7 plus a tip. All Ubers were great. We did drive in one day but to park fir three hours it was $36 for 3 hours so we opted for Ubers. There was some free parking at Oublix and that area. I’ve already told several friends about the condo and location. We loved it!

The condo was nice and clean. It has everything you would need for your stay. Location is a 4 minute walk to the minor league baseball park and a brewery called Tailgate. It was a 20 min walk to Broadway. There is a lot of construction so we ended up taking an Uber the 2nd night.

The property was very well kept and clean. Very difficult to find, though, due to construction and detours. It was convenient to downtown Nashville, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The Germantown area was nice too.

Check in was easy. Location is very convenient to everything in Nashville. Covered parking was great. But the biggest surprise was how quiet the condo is. Would stay here again. Loved the river view!

This place was clean and quaint, close enough to walk to Broadway, and we couldn’t ask for a better property manager. She got right back to us with questions, suggested things to do, places to eat, and even provided bottled water and snacks. We’ll definitely start again!

This location was perfect for our girls trip, we are walkers so the mile walk downtown and back didn't bother us. The unit is decorated in a Nashville theme and sets the mood for listening to great music 🎶. Before our trip she gave us tips for places to line dance. There is alot a construction going be prepared to avoid 1st Street except in front of the complex.

There were 3 of us and overall the space was just right. We knew what we were getting into with lack of elevators. The area had a lot of construction, but overall still a decent area. The pull out sofa bed was not the most comfortable. Luckily, I brought a camping pad with me to lay on top of the. Ed and that helped significantly. Overall, great trip and great place to stay!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice accommodations, river barges were an added activity to watch. Easy walk to activities. We were gone all day so the construction did not bother us.

Nice, clean property. Had everything we needed. Very walkable to Broadway, about 1 mile. Lovely baloney for morning coffee. We took Uber home as part of the walk is not well lit after dark. Very comfortable bed and sheets. Overall was quiet, which was nice after a day on Broadway. Great experience in Nashville! Would stay here again!
