Great location and attentive hosts . Beautiful Sri Lankan breakfasts. 2 min walk to the fort ramparts and there is a small supermarket across the road.
Had to pay cash because there was no provision to pay by card.

I loved the amenities and the view of the ocean. It was adjacent the ramparts of the old Dutch fort. Easy walking distance to shops and tourist attractions. Lovely owners who run and live in the hotel.

Great location for see everything
Lots of stairs but that is to be expected in most places in Sri Lanka.

Great location and we had a warm welcome. Staff were helpful in sorting out taxis for us for our onward journey and a packed breakfast due to our early start. We stayed in the family room which was a good size.
The room was poorly ventilated and smelt very unpleasant. The bathroom was adequate, but not as good as many homestays we stayed at in Sri Lanka and had nowhere to put a wash bag.
It is an interesting old building, with light coming through some non-opening windows under the eaves, but there is no way to block out the light at night so not great if you prefer to sleep in a dark room
