I have stayed in lots of condos, and this one is above average. I only have one negative. The main sliding door needs fixed. It is very difficult to open. My wife and kids could not open it. They had to use the sliding door in the bedroom. Everything else was great. The unit has some scuffs and stains, but that is expected from a rental. What really impressed me was the complex as a whole. Every staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. They would always go out of their way to open a door for us or kindly greet us. Thank you for a great week. We will be back.

Our stay was wonderful, except for dealing with the company that enforces parking passes. I received two parking passes that are to be displayed on the rearview mirror. My 22 year old daughter took hers down while driving with the windows down so it didn't blow out. She placed it in a space under her radio . The condo association uses a company that places a "barnacle" on your window basically holding your car hostage until you pay $450 dollars, $200 of which you get back after returning the barnacle. I certainly can appreciate that the permanent residents at Crescent Shores want to have plenty of parking and parking enforcement prevents beachgoers that are not renting at the condo from taking up all the spaces. In my case, I was a renter for the week. I had a two passes. The parking company said they took a picture inside of my daughter's car and no parking pass was visible. I asked for the picture, but they would not provide it. I asked to speak to the manager several times to no avail. They said he would call back, but he never did. I requested that they call the rental company to verify that I had two passes. They never returned my calls. I called the following morning; again no one would respond. Instead, the cost was now $525 to get the device removed from the car. I basically felt like my car was being held hostage. until I paid the ransom. So I paid the money. After years of going to Myrtle Beach, this is probably my last trip. After a year of COVID, one would think that the merchants in MB would prefer that vacationers spend $325 into the local economy, not to some parking Gestapo. We had a parking pass. It was in the car. Cut people a break when they can prove that they had the credentials to park there. The maintenance staff at the condo said the parking company was operated by a bunch of crooks. It is a shame, because the condo itself was very nice. Only complaint is that it would have been if hand towels were provided in the bathrooms and a dish towel in the kitchen.

Mother's Day Trip
Mother's Day Trip
Property was advertised, not the cleanest but wasn't concerned. Overly difficult to open sliding door from living area to balcony. Beds slept well and water pressure was high enough to shower. Pool water was cold as expected and not crowded. Would stay again, enjoyed having security on premises but parking an oversized vehicle was concerning in a vacant lot unsupervised by security.

Great Location and Great View
Great Location and Great View
I loved my weekend stay at this property. My family had a great time as well. The only couple of concerns we had was the Master bedroom Toilet not Working and the master bedroom bed making noise. This property was a great find for us. It definitely needs couple of fixes to be a 5 star stay. Overall Worth the Money and double worth the view. Will definitely visit again

Renting process was simple and easy. The only suggestion that I would like to see is the addition of start up pack with a roll of toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent, small bar of soap and a trash bag. That would make settling in easier when you first arrive and have not been to the grocery store.

This was an awesome condo. It was clean and it was located near shops and restaurants.
