Spectacular breath taking views of the wide sandy beach and of the Atlantic Ocean will be yours at this beautiful four bedroom, four bathroom North Myrtle Beach vacation property! Your family will love all of the amenities that the Crescent Shores resort has to offer. Enjoy taking a dip in the 110 ft. oceanfront swimming pool or floating around the 200 ft lazy river. Take a moment to relax in one of the hot tubs and of course the little ones will love splashing in the kiddie pool! This resort also has a fitness center and an indoor pool! The condo is located in the South tower and has over-sized rooms that will be perfect for a family vacation as the condo sleeps 10. The condo boasts granite counter tops in the fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, a marble garden tub and an extra-large master bedroom that offers access to the oceanfront balcony. The large balcony is also accessible from the living room. What better way to start your day than by having your morning cup of coffee while viewing a magnificent sunrise! Bedroom #1- King Size bed, private restroom with separate shower & Whirpool tub, TV and oceanfront balcony access. Bedroom #2- King Size bed, private restroom with tub/shower combination, and TV Bedroom #3- Queen size bed, sleeper sofa, private restroom, tub/shower, and TV. Bedroom #4- 2 Queen size beds and TV. Restroom #4- Across the hallway from bedroom #4, full restroom with tub/shower combination. The condo is centrally located to a multitude of local restaurants with a family friendly oceanfront Irish pub within walking distance. Enjoy an evening of family fun at the Ocean Drive Amusement Park which is just a few short blocks away. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and parking garage with 2 parking passes. Other things to Note: This property does not allow smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes and vape pens (this includes smoking on the balcony) This property is NOT pet friendly. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, or other recreational vehicles are not permitted. We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. The parking garage is located directly across the street from the building. This unit is located in the South Tower. Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person. Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach). Sleeper sofas are not recommended for adult use. If you plan to use the sleeper sofa, please bring your own bedding, sheets, and pillows. This was our 1st family vacation and we were quite disappointed. Mold was present in master bath. Air condition did not work well. A tech person came and said the unit was over 20 years old and could not keep up. There filter was missing, so Tech replaced. Old grimy carpet was terrible to walk on. Washing machine did not drain and an extra spin cycle was needed for each load. Key was very difficult to open the door. A tutorial was given on how best to enter and even at that, it was difficult. 2 of the cable boxes did not work in bedrooms.The unit needs major updating.

Property was perfect, family had a wonderful time, just wish the parking lot was not across the street from the condo. Grandchildren loved the pool and lazy river. Great fun!!

We had a great one week stay over the July 4th weekend. The space was well described, clean and worked well for us. Kyle was a great help with several things, very prompt and courteous. Having a room with a queen and pullout and two queens made it very flexible. Kitchen was well outfitted with pots and pans, had large ones too. Lots of silverware, plates bowls etc. Nice to have a vacuum cleaner. The view off the balcony was great and have the inset section with a table was a great place to play cards at night. Biggest issue we had was getting the key to work with the lock had to wait to get assistance as you have to turn the key a certain way to get the lock to work but it initially feels like the wrong key as it won't move at all. We didn't have some of the starter paper products either, no paper towels and maybe 1 roll of toilet paper. Been nice to have more than one dish cloth and dish towel.

We liked the location of the condo. We liked that the bedrooms were very large. The grandkids love the pools and the lazy river. Be prepared for a long wait on Saturday around 5 to get on the elevator which happens at most resort. We would have liked an overflow parking closer to the condo for a third vehicle.

Unit was recently painted although looked as if the painters left a mess in two of the bathrooms which we had to clean. I did re-install a duct register left lying on the TV stand. A/C did not cool upon arrival but technician added coolant and all worked fine after that. Furniture and TV's are dated and should be put on a schedule for replacement at least in the Family Room. More comfortable chairs to replace the badly dated two there and a larger (smart TV) should be installed but I went to LOWES and purchased a ROKU to use during our stay. TV (cable) did not work in one of the bedrooms. One elevator was down for the entire two months and two floors of the parking garage were blocked off the entire time. Other than these few items a very pleasant 2 month stay.

Where do I begin.
Condo was old, smelled (you get use to it). Condo owners must not EVER go there.
Bedroom with pullout couch - the ceiling fan will drive you insane, the loudest screeching/scratching noise, it was horrible and the t.v would not work and was never fixed. All the bedrooms - blankets and pillows were an inch thick (2) pillows to a bed
(no pillow for pullout couch, they only say to bring your own sheet and blanket). The comforter is from the 1970’s motel scratchy window curtain feel. Bring your own blankets and pillows. They provide one bath towel per person, bring extra or just keep washing. Master bath is loaded with black mold. Hall bath shower head broke 2nd day there and they were notified twice - was never fixed, so we paid for a 4 bedroom and 3 bath for 8 of us 5 ladies and 3 mens - wasn’t fun. Both set of keys were extremely hard and seemed almost impossible, to turn at times. Don’t send your teenager to the room. They do not specify where to locate the starter bag of toilet paper/paper towels, just keep searching. The sliding glass door is so hard to open and close and my mom having RA - she used her arms shoulders to open and close and she’s pretty bruised from using them to help. Stays hot in there, not the best A/C. Overall it was like staying at your local motel. Living room furniture, old musty smells and stays damp. Communication with management sucks, I’ve always went thru the owners on VRBO - I’m going to stick with that from now on, not a third party.
This condo was perfect with the 4 bed/4 bath (if the 4th bath/shower was accessible) for the 8 of us. Location was perfect with the pool/lazy river and beach access being so accessible - was amazing for my 11 year old. Quick restaurant next door super easy convenient and on the water. Not many condos with the 4 beds and 4 bath, 3 rooms having its own bath and then the one room share’s the hall bath. Good luck and enjoy your vacation!

Property perfectly suited for 7 adults. Could use some freshening up of paint, shower caulking etc but just as described. **Need to know that ONLY umbrellas can be used on the beach in season. Would’ve been good to know in advance, would never have imagined that rule for the beach here. Not a rule at any other beach we’ve ever been to. Also- I’m season- the beach is super crowded but we had a great time regardless.

We really enjoyed our stay here! This was our first time in North Myrtle Beach and it did not disappoint. The condo was very nice and the view was fantastic! Will definitely consider returning.

Great visit
Our only complaint would be that we didn’t get to check in until after 5:30. The room was not clean when we arrived at 3:00 so we were told we could pick up the keys and it would be ready in about a half hour. We waited but when we went to the room it was still not clean and no one was there cleaning it. Besides this oir stay was amazing. Pretty sure this was just a little miscommunication. Thanks so much for having us.

Suite 1410
This is a beautiful, ocean front suite. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen was very modern. Everything was clean.
We enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean.
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially on check in day.
Loved the Lazy River, hot tub, and pool.
I would definitely stay there again.

Overall the condo met our families needs. Some things to note; the dryer needed two cycles before items were dry, the refrigerator kept things cold enough not to spoil but drinks needed to be put in the freezer to really get cold. The balcony slider doors were extremely hard to open/close. Recommend replacing pillow they were very flat and communicate that you only get two per bed/no extras. Adding Netflix for late night/rainy day entertainment would be nice. Family members enjoyed local malls, mini golf, malls, beach stores, parasailing, and helicopter tours but mostly enjoyed the beach. Mention on the site that you are only allowed umbrellas on the beach, no type of beach canopies.

We normally do cruises but since they were cancelled we do a land vacation. Had never been to Myrtle Beach so we thought we would try it. It was a hit...loved the beach and the condo was great. So spacious and nice for all 6 of us.

The condo layout was very nice! Three of the four bedrooms have private bathrooms - 4th bedroom utilizes the main bathroom directly across the hallway. The kitchen was appointed well with dishware, cookware, silverware and utensils. Balcony view was awesome! Fabric furniture in the living room was dirty and dingy - we placed towels over anything we sat on. We wondered about the bed coverings, if they are actually ever laundered, so we bought cheap comforters at Walmart for our personal use and placed their coverings off to the side. Carpeting was also dirty - bare feet were turning black after walking around for just a few minutes. Had some issues that had to be directed to the property management -- this was challenging, as response was very slow. Had to call four times in two days regarding a very slow draining bathtub. Also got bad information from the management regarding the lazy river having their own tubes or not (they don't), so bring your own if you want to float. Onsite security and maintenance at Crescent Shores was very good. Security monitored the parking deck at all hours of the day and night. The pools were always monitored to be sure swimmers were actual residents of the property. Overall, the property was okay and our family enjoyed their time there.
