We had a group of six adults for a buffalo river canoe trip. This was in the perfect location; very easy for everyone to find and only maybe a mile or so from Jasper. Well stocked, super roomy, clean, and comfortable! Love how it was decorated with local Arkansas in mind. Everyone had their own space, which was really great. Big nice table on back balcony to have breakfast—my nephew saw some deer out back one morning! We had some rain, so having a movie night via Netflix was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Host was great! Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Very pet friendly, nice fenced in yard for dogs to play securely. Plenty of stocked seasonings and good cookware to use. All and all very nice place and well maintained. Jasper is a nice place to visit also.

The house was very roomy with the basement bedroom and overall it was good but the dining table was sticky and when we wiped it down the Lysol wipe was filthy…and that was just a third of it, as it’s not our job to have to clean the place. The floor was also dirty…we couldn’t walk on it without our feet getting black…there was no available mop, it was broken and we had to contact the owners for supplies. The blackstone grill was completely rusted. The back porch needed all the cobwebs sweeping down and tons of granddaddy long legs and there was a dirty sheet on the daybed on the porch and the towels felt like sandpaper and were old. We wouldn’t stay here again
