Fully equipped, located in a beautiful complex with pool, and the best maintenance and an enviable location near all the important points just 2 blocks from boutiques, very good restaurants and the Boulevard Ixtapa. Close to the beach and golf courses and the extraordinary Ixtapa bike path. Only 15 minutes away is Zihuatanejo with its pier to take a maritime excursion to fish or enjoy the scenery.

The unit was clean and comfortable The photos of the unit show a TV in the bedroom but it didn't work. The amenities show a DVD player but it was in a drawer not connected. One set of bed linens which had to be washed each week and put back on the bed and were showing signs of wear and had small holes. Some signs of neglect..screws missing on shower door and handle
