Nestled in Seven Springs, this attractive condo for $254 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. THE FUN STUFF: This Mountain home is more than just a Condo, or a room for the night. Our Mountain Home is located slope side in the Stoneridge community on Boomerang trail, double the ski/in out days of most homes on the mountain. Our Guests find our Home to be warm, cozy, and inviting, and steps away from skiable terrain. In addition to our location on Boomerang, we are directly in front of Goosebumps, so you can sit in the living room and watch the adventure seekers pick their line down one of the only expert slopes in the State. If you are familiar with Seven Springs you already know our location is fabulous. The exterior photos are actually of our building, not just some stock footage photo. For Summer rentals we are in a great location. Our home is located at the top of the mountain, which has amazing views, along with a great mountain breeze. We have 2 balconies, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, or your nightcap. The outdoor pool is less than 100 yards away, and has ample parking if you choose to drive. Seven Springs offers a FREE shuttle service between our home and the Main Lodge, Adventure Center, Golf Course, and Sporting Clays, so you are never far away from the action. Seven Springs has also become know as a World Class Mountain biking venue, offering 30+ miles of Cross Country, and an amazing Downhill Park. Riders love our home because we offer a garage, and have easy access to the trails. Mountain Bikers can enjoy a single 1 mile downhill run to the activities center, where you can purchase your lift ticket, and ride the mountain all day long. Our mountain home includes 3 Bedrooms, 1 Master Suite with a King Size Bed (one of the only homes in Stoneridge with a king size bed), 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed, and the 3rd bedroom is set up to sleep 4 (1 Set of bunks, and a day bed with a trundle). Common Area includes a kitchen, dining, and living room space. The sofa folds out into a queen size bed. We have also included a pub table near the windows to enjoy breakfast and the awesome views. The Master bedroom, features a private entrance, King bed, floor to ceiling windows, private balcony, and HD TV with TIVO (DVR). The 2nd bedroom includes a Queen bed, large window with mountain view and HD TV. The 3rd Bedroom, is perfect for Kids, and Ski Bums alike, features a Bunk Bed set (twin on top, and Full Futon on bottom), along with a twin daybed with a trundle bed. The 3rd bedroom also includes an HD TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Refridge-Ice Maker, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Glasses, and other necessities to make you feel at home! Outdoor and common Areas: Please note in accordance with Vrbo's policy on surveillance devices at a property. We reserve the right to use surveillance cameras, on the exterior of the property, in areas that would be considered public spaces. These devices consist of a Video Doorbell (Ring or Equivalent) and cameras positioned on both balconies (potential Points of entrance). These devices are for security concerns only. My family (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed for two night and really enjoyed the place. It's right on the Boomerang ski slope - which unfortunately was closed because it was early-season, but the shuttle to the main lodge was quick and easy and picked us up steps from the ski lockers.
The apartment is cozy, well-equipped and well-cared for, fully stocked with the essentials, including towels, toiletries and and a selection of pillows. The switches for the gas line and fireplace are a little quirky but a snap to use with the videos Ron provided.
Speaking of which, Ron was super-responsive and helpful, and had lots of suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Overall excellent experience.

Condo was very nice. Great location, beautiful view, very high tech with lots of custom lighting, Extremely comfortable and very clean. Especially enjoyed the sporting equipment in the locker and access to tennis courts, Pickleball, pools and hot tub. Great and fast communication when I had questions. Highly recommend.

Stayed for an extended long weekend in the summer. Property was clean, roomy for a family of 4, and the owner was very responsive/helpful! My kids loved the views, the balcony, the pool, the resort, and the bunk bed room. Golf course was close and great for myself.Our stay was amazing!

Communication with the host was great. Detailed property instructions and info about the resort were very helpful. Everything in the home was labeled which made it so easy. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed watching the activity on the slope. The ski lockers made it easy to store equipment. We also ordered groceries ahead of time and had them delivered to the property. Our family would rent this property again. We had fun!

Communication was clear and proactive, checkin seamless. Condo was clean and having the ski locker was convenient for our group. The access to the slope out back was easy for the “green” skier in our group. Having the games, conveniences from home (TP, paper towels, shampoos and other extras) made us focus on fun!

We do a girls trip every year to seven spring and this year decided to stay in the villages. This property is a gem! Everyone has so much space! The decor and view are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and you have everything you would need for your stay!
Ron is an absolute joy to work with! His communication is like none other. He answered all my questions and responded to my texts whenever I needed him or had questions.

Best Experience We Could Ever Ask For!!!
We loved every single aspect of this rental experience. The rental process is seamless and the owner is quick to respond with any questions we had. The rental details provided are exact and easy to follow. The condo is super clean and the decor and furnishings are incredible. The beds are all very comfortable. We loved the location. And the views are amazing. It’s fun watching the skiers from the two porches overlooking the trail and entrance to the slopes. The atmosphere is great. This is definitely a 4-season location. We all definitely plan on coming back soon. If you’re thinking of renting, this is the perfect spot for you!!

At the beginning we'd stay at the hotel, but the past few years, especially as our children grew older, we've been renting condos at Stonegate, trying to stay on boomerang trail, which usually offer ski in/ ski out conditions when village trail isn't open. It's always so much fun to do so. Ron's place was no exception!! Located on the third level, the views are really nice and the trail is right there (you will have to climb up / down a few flights of stairs) and it's definitely worth it. The beds were so comfy, the place is very well equipped and clean. 2 balconies! very roomy to enjoy the big screen and awesome fireplace in the living room. Ron was super helpful the entire time leading up to our stay and even while there. I love all the outlets and usb ports everywhere - super helpful to keep all the gadgets charged and the lighting was very cool too. We'll definitely be staying here again if given the chance. Thanks Ron for allowing us to stay at your place - we really enjoyed it!!

Friends Getaway
Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay. We had 6 adults in our party. We had planned a friends getaway to ski and celebrate the New Year. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough snow to ski. But this place is excellent for skiing purposes as it is a ski in/ski out house. The views are great. The shuttle is a bonus as we didn't have to drive anywhere the entire weekend.
The house is fully stocked and communication with Ron was impeccable. He was very quick to respond and was able to afford us an early check-in.
If I had to critique one thing, it would be the bunk room that is connected to the master bedroom. You had to walk through the bunk room to get to the master. And the master doesn't have it's own bath. It is shared with the bunk room - so there wasn't as much privacy as you would think with having a master bedroom.
Again, overall this is a great place and we would definitely come again!
