This beautifully renovated oceanfront townhome offers the ultimate Maui experience, where the ocean is truly your backyard. Newly furnished and fully equipped, this home provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Puamana. No need to pack the car—surfing, paddleboarding, and the mesmerizing beauty of the ocean are just steps away.
This two-story unit features an oceanfront great room on the main floor, complete with a half bath and laundry area. Upstairs, the oceanfront master bedroom suite provides breathtaking views, while the second bedroom and bath offer additional comfort for guests.
Located in the 30-acre gated oceanfront community of Puamana, this property remains a serene retreat despite the recent Lahaina fire. Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire. Despite this, Puamana still offers a truly unique island experience and the perfect place to unwind and relax. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a-kind setting right at the water’s edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The Dolphin Pool is also open and available for use.
The tennis court and pickleball court are still available. This unit is located within 10 feet of the shoreline but due to erosion in the area beach access is approximately 200 feet to the north.
Though Lahaina town was deeply affected by the fire, Puamana offers a tranquil escape where you can spend your days captivated by the ever-changing ocean right outside your door. this place was amazing! Like having your own very private beach cabana the entire week. I could not have better words to describe it. One problem is you won’t want to leave the lanai. Would definitely rent this place again. No better way to celebrate!!

We visited Maui doing the horrific flooding in the islands. Despite this, we quickly realize that we were in the best vacation property on the island. We’ve got a beautiful view of the ocean from the breakfast and bedroom lanai. Everything was thought of to make us stay very comfortable. We plan on returning! I would highly recommend the property.

We had a nice time at this property. The home itself is lovely, clean, nicely furnished and updated. The location is steps from the beach where you can hear the ocean. Beach access is a bit of a walk, as are the different pools. We didn't care for the litany of 'rules' in this community, we're on vacation, so it was definitely overkill. Felt like we were walking around on egg shells. The beach is a little rough and very rocky, so not great. While we liked the house, we didn't really like the location as a whole.
