Wonderful Beachfront Efficiency Condo on South Padre Island! Cute, Comfy, Convenient! Stay and Play right on the BEACH! This is a side unit in a beachfront building. Sleeping arrangements include a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and double size futon. Great 2nd floor unit gives you quick access to the beach - no getting in the car, or walking, or waiting for the elevator. You don't need the elevator (although it is provided)--just strut down those few steps and you are on the beach! Start building your vacation memories today. Cable Smart TV, WIFI. Hot tub, Pool, Laundry facilities are right on the property. Close to all amenities of the island. Partial view of the ocean from your balcony.

The accommodations were cute and small. A bit dated but was a comfortable 2 day stay.
The building itself is run down and the elevator wreaked of the only thing I can say is body odor x10 with the smell of burnt rubber. It literally smelled so bad I held my breath and ended up taking the stairs since it wasn’t on a high floor. The Florence 1 is in need of some upkeep. I would stay there again purely for the direct beach access.
