The room was perfect for my husband and I. Access to the beach was great! We walked into a cute and clean room. There were extra blankets, a fan, beach chairs, and an umbrella for our use. A/C worked phenomenally. Sue was a very astute and available host for any questions. Will definitely be back!

The accommodations were cute and small. A bit dated but was a comfortable 2 day stay.
The building itself is run down and the elevator wreaked of the only thing I can say is body odor x10 with the smell of burnt rubber. It literally smelled so bad I held my breath and ended up taking the stairs since it wasn’t on a high floor. The Florence 1 is in need of some upkeep. I would stay there again purely for the direct beach access.
