Plus, all bedding, bath and hot tub linens are provided, and high-speed wireless internet and premium cable TV programming are available! For more information about conditions and open ski trails, guests can visit the Killington website. -It is the guest's responsibility to check for ski trail conditions (if it's open or not) during the winter season on the Killington Resort website. -The rental management company IS NOT responsible for winter-ski conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to the weather or lack of snow since mother nature effects are uncontrollable by the management company or the owner of the property. -No arrivals or departures on Saturdays. -Three-night minimum stay midweek (year-round). -New Year's five-night minimum stay. -Winter Season, three-night minimum stay weekends, three-night minimum stay midweeks. -No shoes in the house. -No smoking in the house. -Do not over occupy the house. Overoccupancy will result in a $200.00 charge per extra person, per night. Overoccupancy is defined by the number of guests exceeding the agreed amount in both the Airbnb platform and our mutually agreed upon rental contract. -Bringing a pet is subject to a fee. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Please provide your pet's name, age, and breed. If you decide to bring a pet or pets without authorization, you will be charged $300.00 per pet plus cleaning costs. -Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be liable to the Tenant, his family, or guest for any injury to person or property arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. The tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. Proper use of the Hot Tub Spa is the Tenant’s responsibility. Tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s and/or their guests' use of the hot tub spa and sauna. -Parties and events are not allowed at this property.
