Nestled in Campton, this attractive condo for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. VIEWS!!!! This beautiful home sits mountainside on Campton Mountain overlooking New Hampshire’s amazing White Mountains on all 4 floors! An open floor plan and extra windows make this over sized end unit condo feel even bigger than its immense space. After years of renting homes in the Waterville Estates we finally found the perfect one which we were luckily enough to be able to buy and now have available for others to enjoy. This home is less than two hours from Boston and being part of the Waterville Estates allows access to on-site skiing, hiking, indoor/outdoor pools, a swimming/ice skating/fishing pond, tennis, bars & restaurants, and usage of all that the resort-level amenities have to offer. 1 pass is included to enjoy the amenities complimentary and children under 8 do not require a pass. Day passes can be purchased for larger groups so no need to worry about bringing too many people to the rec center. New to the rental market in May of 2016, the home is very well maintained and has undergone recent renovations in most of the rooms. The basement consists of a full bath, laundry room, a smaller bedroom with a twin bed and a larger bedroom with a bed that converts from two twins to a king (which includes a plush topper, middle filler strip and strap giving it the feel of a regular king). This room also has a pull-out couch and television with cable and can be used as a 2nd living/kids room. Up one floor is the 1st level which is wide open featuring the kitchen, dining room, a ½ bath, and a large living room. This is the most impressive room with the most spectacular mountain views which can be seen from anywhere on the floor. It also has a wood stove, and a 60” TV with cable and a DVD player, video games, and back deck with a grill. Up one level from there takes you to a large loft that has a pull out couch and pull out sofa for overflow/kids sleeping, a full bath and a large master bedroom with a queen bed. The loft also has a flight of stairs that takes you to a top floor that was finished in June of 2016 that is another larger bedroom with a queen bed and a small flip out couch that can sleep an extra child. This home really has TONS of space and can be set up various different ways to accommodate groups of all sizes and dynamics. The loft and basement can be an extra hangout room for groups with children that want their own space and the pullout couches and futons allow for families to either all sleep together in the same room or spread out. We are also the very last unit in Ledgewoods which gives you much more privacy and also offers some great additional space to hang out and relax outside. Few of the Ledgewoods units have this amount of space and none of them have a private end unit with mountain views, it truly is the best setup in the area. Sleds, tennis rackets, corn hole (bag toss), lawn darts (the safe kind), and other fun toys are at the condo so you can start having fun the second you step outside the back door. Movies, TV shows, cards and video games are set up in case you are looking for a little entertainment indoors. We try to include the things that we would appreciate a place having and help our guests minimize their packing needs. The washer/dryer is also available to help that cause as well. This home is conveniently located just a few minutes from Rt. 93 so many of the local attractions are easily accessible. If you are looking to ski you are 10 miles from Waterville Valley (discounts are available to all staying in the WV Estates), 20 from Loon, 25 from Cannon, and so on. Skiing is also available on site for $20 for anyone staying in the Waterville Estates provided there is enough natural snow. There is also a bar and restaurant at the base of the mountain so you are able to watch the kids ski while you eat and stay warm!

They are not kidding when they say there are views - absolutely gorgeous. This place was perfect for our family with two kids and my older parents for the week. The set up is perfect - with four levels - for spreading out and having privacy while also being cozy. The fireplace and views in the main room made it the perfect place to relax after snowboarding or sledding, and the lofted area with foosball was fantastic for my 13 and 8 year olds. Everything was clean and comfortable - great beds, lots of blankets, etc. - and anything you could possibly need in a vacation house was there. The kids and dog had a blast on the sledding hill, and we used the community center a few times as well for swimming. Even though this is a condo it feels very private and remote, yet is only 10 minutes from the town and 15 from Waterville. Would recommend having 4wd if you are up in the winter - I would have been nervous to drive after a snowstorm without it on the hills. Overall, the absolute perfect vacation home. We had no issues but the owners were fantastic with communication and help answering questions. Hope to go back next winter!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive to our needs. The view is spectacular and the property is near several attractions. We assumed that the Community Center was within walking distance and were surprised when we realized that we had to drive to it. It wasn’t a problem at all, and we enjoyed the center.

This property has everything that you need and more. It is spacious and clean. My kids enjoyed swimming and fishing. The views from the deck were beautiful. We hope to be back soon!!

Location & view were both amazing. Very nice staff at the community center. Property Manager was very nice and easily accessible.we are naturally loud family so the condos being so close together was a tiny issue while at our stay our neighbors said they could not hear us at all but they also received complaints of them being too loud we also did not hear them at all so not sure what that was about. Overall everything else was amazing.

The views were amazing! We loved watching the sunset from the deck every night! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 plus our dog. Dave’s place was so comfortable it felt like home. He really thought of everything you might need. It was also close to popular tourist attractions but yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks for an incredible vacation in the mountains.

This place does have an amazing view. It's a little off the beaten path, which severed us well as we we there over the weekend of 10/4 and the more popular areas (e.g. Franconia Notch and Kancamagus Hwy.) were overrun with bumper to bumper traffic. Condo is well appointed and owner was very accommodating with restaurant recommendations, etc.

Nice condo with lots of sleeping space and a great view - good area to ski too, although we went in the summer. It’s on a (well kept) dirt road, so may want to consider for the winter months if you have a small car

I was incredibly impressed with this location. The house itself is incredibly comfortable and somehow instantantly makes you feel welcome! Everything was clean, well stocked and did I say comfy? The pictures don't do the views here justice, having a coffee on the porch in the morning with the view of the mountains was the best way to start the day. There's so much to do in the area as well. Perfectly place for families, plenty of room. Overall we had a blast and will definitely be planning a trip up here again soon!
