The apartment itself was nice: it was new and spacious and included an assigned parking space. The host was friendly (she came to collect the pet fee). Unfortunately our experience was affected by the behaviour of the male residents in the nearby apartments.
1. The booking.com directions took us to a different "City Apartments" location a few km away - be sure to use the address in the confirmation from the property. 2. On the first night the male residents in the other apartments were very loud from early evening until late at night. Our doorbell was pressed on 2 separate occasions between 2:45 and 3 am waking us - it was a group of men who we were not able to communicate with, we did not open the door and they eventually left. 3. The next morning there was a knock at the door but before we had time to answer a man opened the door (he had a key) and started to enter the apartment. When challenged, he politely apologized and left. It turned out that he was working on the apartment building but we had not been informed of this and given the events in the early hours we already had concerns around security.

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Sie liegt sehr nah am Stadtzentrum. Sie ist groß und recht sauber. Die Küche hatte alle Utensilien. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite
Allerdings hatten wir zwei große Probleme, die unseren 3-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr beeinträchtigt haben. Das Badezimmer hat keine Dusche, sondern nur eine Badewanne, die weder einen Duschvorhang noch einen Glasschutz hat, der verhindern würde, dass das Wasser auf den Boden spritzt. Für Erwachsene ist es vielleicht möglich, nicht so viel Wasser zu verspritzen. Aber mit unseren beiden Jungs war das nicht zu bewältigen. Nach dem Duschen war der gesamte Badezimmerboden mit Wasser geflutet, das wir bei jedem Duschen neu wischen mussten. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Wischmopp hatte keine Wischfunktion, so dass wir das Wasser des schmutzigen Wischmopps mit den Händen auswringen mussten. Nicht sehr hygienisch.
Leider konnten wir auch nicht baden, da der Badewannenstöpsel nicht vorhanden ist. Ich schätze, der wurde absichtlich weggelegt, damit kein Wasser verschwendet wird.
Zweitens gibt es kein Bügeleisen in der Wohnung. Ich kam mit ungebügelter Kleidung und Hemden. Ich würde Besuchern raten, entweder mit gebügelter Kleidung zu kommen oder ihr eigenes Bügeleisen mitzubringen.
