About this house rental
Nestled in Fernandina Beach, this attractive house for $606 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Perfect for large groups with room to spare! Sleeps 16!. This beautiful townhome has three levels which equates to tons of room for large groups! The townhome is beautifully decorated! It is located directly across the street from the beach, approximately 200 yards to the beach access. This pet friendly townhome was designed with several flex spaces. The extra rooms can be functional areas of enjoyment for a smaller group, or can be configured to accomodate five bedrooms. The townhome is perfect for a family, couples traveling together, golf goups, or multi-family reunions. The gorgeous townhome has Wifi, stacked washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The first, ground level, consist of the parking garage, first bedroom, game room, and bathroom. The first bedroom is used as a sitting area complete with a Murphy bed (full size), two single rollaways, and three single air beds if needed. Outside access is through the double glass doors. The kids love to sleep in this room! The game area has a pool table, dartboard, table and chairs, and a flat screen TV. There is a full bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. There is also a walk-in closet and refrigerator on this level. The second level has three generously sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Also on this level is the washer/dryer. The master bedroom, second bedroom, has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a daybed for added sleeping. The attractive en suite marble bathroom has a large vanity, tub, and walk-in shower. There is a small balcony accessed from the master bedroom. Sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze! The third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combination. This bedroom has a small balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and en suite bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combination. The top floor consists of the kitchen, living area with two separate sitting areas, powder room, den which provides a flex area for a fifth bedroom, and the wraparound balcony. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious, and well stocked for all of your meal preparations. All appliances are new, and you will love the easy layout of the kitchen. It also has a large island with plenty of seating, perfect for morning coffee or a quick snack. The den/sitting area is located on the west side of the top floor. It is cozy and comfortable with a queen sleeper sofa, three chairs, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV. There is an added bonus of being able to pull drapes for added privacy in case it is needed to sleep extra guests. There is also a large dining table with seating for eight. This additional area for gathering is such a wonderful addition to the townhome! The living area is on the east, oceanside. It is so spacious and attractive! The large, leather couch and chair offer very comfortable seating, plus there are other seating options as well. Relax and enjoy watching a movie on the flat screen TV, complete with HBO and Showtime! There is also another seating area adjacent to the kitchen. The round accent table with three leather chairs offers the perfect spot to enjoy the views! The focal point of the living area are the floor to ceiling windows and doors that seem to bring the outdoors in! Patio doors lead out to a wraparound balcony with seating to relax while listening to the waves. Being a corner townhome, the views seem to go on forever! Truly, this will quickly become a favorite spot to relax, unwind, and recharge! This townhome has a two car garage for added security. Parking for one vehicle is allowed in the driveway closest to the garage door. There is a popular restaurant/bar just a few steps north from the townhome. Take a night off from cooking and enjoy a burger or seafood dish on the restaurant's large deck. Most nights there is live entertainment, and the kids and adults will enjoy the laid back, fun atmosphere! We know you will love this beautiful, spacious townhome! This is a lovely home in a GREAT location. Kitchen is well equipped and really nice. My only complaint is the beds. Two of the extra bedding options were not usable and the master bed sheets were terrible. With a few simple fixes this is a top notch home!

Our family enjoyed our visit here. We were a little disappointed that our view of the beach was limited by the big condo in front of us but it was still a beautiful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay for our wedding with family! It was nice for all of us to be together! We Would rent again! We only had one issue with air conditioner but the manager got it fixed fast and brought us extra fans too!

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful house. We slept 16 very comfortably, 12 teenagers. The setup was perfect, The property manager was so helpful. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

My family stayed here for my Granddaughters 16th Birthday and this home did not disappoint! The kitchen amenities provided everything i could possible need to make my “grazing table, infusion bar, breakfast bar and desert bar”. We loved all the sitting areas spread out where we could gather for individual discussions or as a group. Tvs and wi-fi worked very well thru out our stay. Everything is provided for beach use (bring beach towels!) we were amazed how we did not need to bring any beach items. The floors were easy to keep clean from sand as no carpet! The home is very pet friendly providing a pet closet with pet toys and pet essentials.. The home decor is very tasteful, unique and of very good quality. We found new things to look at all during our stay! Plenty of blankets & pillows, comfy beds! This was a great home for our family! 10 star!!!

Even though it rained some, we still enjoyed spending time and reconnecting with our children and grandchildren. Everything is there that you need. All we had to bring were beach towels.

Mother Daughter Get Away
Wow! We loved, loved, loved our stay in this luxurious townhouse! Our overall experience was even better than the pictures and description implied! There was plenty of room for all of to have our own space and privacy as well as large spaces for gathering and sharing a meal, a game, puzzle or hanging out. Given the current situation with the pandemic, we had decided to cook all of our meals in and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking -- it was very well stocked! Speaking of the pandemic -- I do have to say that I was VERY IMPRESSED with how clean the home was on our arrival...the place was spotless! That really made me feel good given all the things going on the world right now. It was nice to arrive to a safe, clean and welcoming home for a much needed break from our shelter in place experience we've been living in since March! We look forward to planning our next visit.

Our family had a great time. We are a larger group but all 12 of us (including children) were very comfortable. Access to the beach was great and the unit has a nice hauler to load up beach chairs, buckets, towels, etc. There is also a nearby restaurant that we all enjoyed.

Great property, convenient location, comfortable amenities, and has all needed. 2 families w/ teens and 3 levels helped give space to everyone. Easy beach access about 2 blocks walk. Didn't explore b/c COVID but nearby state park, good beach, convenience of area good in lockdown or otherwise.

Good family getaway
Wonderful house and I’m sure with the Covid 19 has effected some of the cleaning. Sand was all in basement bathroom and laundry room and broken glass in the garage. Found a camp Israel hat under the kitchen cabinet if anyone lost it. Could use some black out blinds in bedrooms and maybe some more TV’s but that is not a deal breaker since we are at the beach but that is it.Yes plenty of space. I messed up because I thought for the 3 bedrooms was queen beds just read carefully to make sure it fits your family. We had 10 and I don’t see how it would fit 16. The decor was nice and I sent a message about beach chairs and the VRBO replied they didn’t have any. This house is stocked with at least 12 chairs and floats and water shoes and floats and 2 carts to haul everything to the beach with. The downstairs room was great for our recent graduates. It even has a fridge on the bottom floor so they don’t have to go up 2 flights of steps to the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked very well with cooking pots and anything you could need. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the house.
Instruction and check in was very easy. The owners were so pleasant to deal with. The restaurant book was a big help to us.
