Located in Chics Beach, this charming condo for $400 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Beachfront Rentals. Here we strive to satisfy all of your Beach Front Vacation dreams. We offer second and third floor beach front vacation units with private balconies that have spectacular views of the Beach, Chesapeake Bay and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. This 2nd floor beach front vacation unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full-bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. This beach front vacation unit has private access to the beach just steps off the Beach Front balcony of the property. You will enjoy fine sand, clear shallow water for 10s of yards out and even further at low tide. For additional accommodations for a larger group, visit VRBO #140740 for our 3rd floor unit above. This Beach front vacation unit is a new construction with a fire place and the entire beach side wall is made of complete glass sliding doors that access the private waterfront balcony. Fall asleep listening the sound of the Chesapeake Bay waves lapping the beach shoreline right outside your dream vacation home. We had a great family vacation! The rental was clean and comfortable with a great view and just a short walk to the beach. The are was quiet and we barely heard the people that stayed in the unit above us! We will be returning!

This property was exactly as described. The location although next to the bridge was still very peaceful. The owner was very nice and accommodating.
Only negative is that you can hear everything from the upstairs renters. Unfortunately the folks above us were very inconsiderate and loud into late evening hours.
Overall a great stay, I recommend this property.

Location was great all around. Low traffic area on the road leading to the home. Location is about 20 minutes from Virginia Beach area but there are plenty of options close by as far as restaurants, breweries, etc. (Commonwealth was our favorite!) and there is a good resurgent within walking distance down the road thst we went to several times for a quick bite and for drinks. Beach walk was great since it was on our doorstep. A short walk through the dunes and you’re on a lowly populated beach where you don’t have to beat the crowd. The residence was clean and kept up well. Ed was a great host! He was available whether it was call or text and I would recommend this location to anyone! Thanks for the great stay!

This is very close to the bay bridge tunnel. However the entire family though it was a nice part of the view/landscape. With the white noise of the ocean you never hear the traffic. The interior is a bit aged but well cared for. Would definitely stay again if Virginia Beach is in the vacation plans. Much more relaxed than staying in the resort area. Also found Ed the property owner to be very pleasant and friendly in communications.

Amazing location
We had an incredible stay here. There are a few quicks as you will see in other posts. (Beds sink in the middle) overall it was a great stay. Being able to walk to the beach daily and leave items out as we could see them was amazing. The beach here is never over crowded and week days we practically had it to ourselves! The bridge gave great shade coverage on days when we had had too much Sun. My husband enjoyed fishing right in the backyard with our kids. The deck has amazing views of the sunrise (direct) and the sun set we were able to view from the water many nights. We traveled with another family and our kids. We were able to enjoy the deck when kids were in bed and that helped to keep our sound away from them. We saw dolphins playing and fish jumping daily! 100% I would stay again.

My family had a WONDERFUL week long stay. There were so many things to love. We loved that we could bring our dog with us. We loved that there was more than enough room for all of us. Great location and clean unit
Our stay was great. We enjoyed the nice and quiet beach front unit. The location is great. The place is very clean and Ed responded very quickly with any questions I had.
The only things need a little improvement is the mattresses and the kitchen. They are all clean but the mattresses are pretty old and caused back pain after a week stay. The kitchen is also clean but the pan was burnt so I had to go to get a new one for cooking.

We found the beach house comfortable and convenient for enjoying the beach. Loved the balcony to watch water for ships and dolphins sited as well as watching birds. We enjoyed the convenience to drive to many nearby restaurants and to the boardwalk at Virginia Beach. Agree with others that cookware could be updated. Overall very comfortable and quiet space.

Location is very nice. Bridge is not a problem. Beach is clean. Kitchen is tired and needs upgrades. Mattresses were a problem, old and very uncomfortable. Actually went home a day early and the mattresses were a primary reason.

beach front condo close to restaurants and shops
3 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor of a 3-story house, dated but fairly clean. has most of kitchen supplies, can definitely use some better pans if you plan to cook. Cleaning supplies and paper products were provided which was a plus.
GREAT location steps away from beach; walking distance to few lovely restaurants; short drive to many grocery stores and 15 minutes from Norfolk outlet.
Fairly noisy since it's next to the bridge, you can hear the trucks driving by in the night.
Watch out for the ground level deck area. It's very aged and both my 2 year old and 10 year old got cut and splints because of it.
Great communication and with the house manager. easy check in and check out process. would definitely stay again if we come to this area

A beautiful getaway!
This property is a little jewel on the beach.It was our baby’s first time at the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed it.The view is unbeatable especially with the morning sunrises which one can enjoy from your deck and not to forget the evening and night view of the bridge and the lights sparkling -all of which can be seen from your own living room.We stayed here for a week and we thought we should have stayed longer.
Don’t be fooled just because the bridge is near the property about the vehicles and noise,the ocean waves cover it all.The bridge adds an element of beauty to the property and the view is really good.
All the bedrooms are good and the kitchen is stocked too.One has everything they need in the house,utensils,silverware,washer,dryer etc.
Also this property has an additional property which has a separate entrance.So just incase you come with your family and friends too,you can have your own privacy.
Not to forget the property is -PET FRIENDLY which was the best part for us.
The owner of the property ED,was a very good host and he provided us with a baby high chair too,one less thing to carry or pack while traveling with a baby!
Overall this property is really beautiful and just don’t go by the photographs as they don’t do justice.It is a beautiful beach condo with amazing views.

Perfect weeklong getaway on the bay!
We had a fantastic time at this lovely condo on the bay. We spent our days on the beach and our nights relaxing on the patio overlooking the water! Our dogs loved it just as much as we did!

My husband and I and my son and his friend had a great time at the beach. It was an amazing property. We relaxed , kicked back and just had a blast. This place does not disappoint. If there is anything you need Ed is very attentive and will accommodate. !

Great Vacaation - Great Owner
The great property and owner, who went above and beyond expectations, contributed to making this a great vacation.
The property was very comfortable and clean. It was a quick walk to a quiet beach. The view of the ocean and beach provided for many restful afternoons and evenings spent relaxing on the covered deck.
The beds were extremely comfortable and all slept well on the mattresses that "baby bear" would have found "just right"!
We were originally a little concerned about noise from the bridge, but it quickly faded into the background and was not disruptive at all.
I communicated with the owner a couple of times before the vacation and asked specifically if there was any baby furniture available since we would have 2 toddlers with us. He provided a high chair which was a huge asset while we were there and eliminated one thing that we would otherwise have had to pack.
There were some storms rolling in and the owner texted us to make sure that everything was ok.
We made full use of the kitchen and laundry appliances and had no issues. There was also a newer outside grill that we were able to use.
In short, we were very comfortable and had no complaints.
When we return to the Virginia Beach area, we will return to this location.

Ed was awesome! He was always quick with a response when contacted! The deck is awesome and location was good. Some upgrading inside would be great, maybe new mattress for master bedroom and a high top table on deck to be able to look over railing. Overall it was great place and so great to be able to bring our dogs!
