Nestled in South Padre Island, this lovely villa for $504 per night is a great option for your next break. This is a STUNNING and spacious beach house from Rent On Padre that sleeps 10 located in the Villas of South Padre Island. This 4BR/3.5BA House provides plenty of room for everyone. There are living rooms on each floor as well as private decks. You wont be disappointed. This is a home that provides you with lots of sleeping space! There is a King size master bedroom, the second bedroom is a Queen size bed. In the third bedroom you get a twin bed as well as a trundle bed. One of the two living rooms has a sleeper sofa. The Last Bedroom is the coolest. This room is a huge room, taking up most of the third floor. It is a game room, TV room, Bar room, and of course, has 1 bunk bed and a twin bed off to the side. The bunk is a full bed on the bottom and twin on top. There are Patios on every floor. You will enjoy sitting outside soaking up the sun eating your meals. This condo is located in an Exclusive Gated Property within The Villas of South Padre. This Community has its own private Swimming Pool, Hot tub, and tennis courts. It is a short walk to the beach, just around the corner. The Landscaping is phenomenal. There are lots of lush palms and tropical flowers throughout this wonderful community. Nearby activities include: Golf, Tennis, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding, Movie Theater, Nightlife, and many, many, restaurants. Please note, The Villas of South Padre Island allows families only. This home requires the primary renter to be 25 years of age or older and the head of household. This home does not allow Spring Break groups. Rest assured, your family will not be surrounded by Spring Break Party houses. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here. The Villas also requires a 3 night minimum. This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit 2023-1964

The house is Large and well furnished. The location to the beach and the views of sunrise/sunset were a part of our magical week.Rent On Padre/Melissa was very attentive to some odds and ends. This made our stay feel special. The only negative I have is that the house needs some general maintenance and window covers, but overall, I would likely stay again. I would especially use Rent On Padre again.

The location was perfect! We loved the neighborhood. Short walk to beach and pool! The home was very big, plenty of room for us to spread out but defiantly needs updating. There was a leak in the garage, we had trouble getting hot water in upstairs showers, and no grill. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The unit needs deep cleaning and paint. There is obvious patching from leaks and there will continue to be because caulk is gone in bathrooms. The electric grill listed was gone and noone told us. We brought our own Keurig. It needs better supplies so that shirt term tenants don't have to bring everything and one larger table in the downstairs so everyone can eat together. Loved the mural and decks. Update the place and add some beach chairs maybe even a little wagon, some matching glassware and service for the ten you have it listed for and it would be much better. Sliding doors on top don't lock so that could be a safety issue. I noticed on past reviews these things were noted and not fixed. I would probably look for a diff rental if we come back to the area unless this one was updated. The beds were good but the comforters also should be cleaned as well. We stay at VRBOs a lot and this was the worst as far as updating we have stayed at.

This was just what we needed. this house is in a quiet cul de sac. There weren't many people around. We had the pool to ourselves. That was awesome. The house is a little older, but it was really clean. We can't wait to go back. We love the staff at Rent On Padre!

Shower leak as well as an electrical problem in the main kitchen lights and many light bulbs and lamp not working upon our arrive. Maintenance came, called shower and replaced all but one light bulb (over dining table)
If another rental in the complex became available, would consider renting but would not rent the same unit. Cooking options within the unit forced us to eat out all evening meals creating a bigger expense to our vacation budget.
Side note. The instructions for departing the unit included instructions not to make the beds slept in so the cleaning service knew what beds needed clean sheets. Gross, it’s possible if the renter before you didn’t read this, you’d be sleeping in someone else’s used bedding.

The location is unbeatable! It is in a gated community with 24/7 security and is walking distance to the beach that also has gated access. There is a pool, and it is walking distance to a couple of restaurants/bars. There is also a lot of space for big groups. Our only thing is that the appliances and furniture need to be updated.

Our 2 month stay here was very good. We had a couple of issues early on and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Melissa and Billie were wonderful!! Being within easy walking distance to the beach was a huge plus for us as well as being within a nice gated community.
The only big disappointment for 2 of us was the pool not being heated. They did have a hot tub. Also I do think the stairs might probably be an issue for some.

I don’t normally leave negative feedback. My family and I stayed at this property 11/25-12/3. Upon arriving we were told “yeah, we know there were leaks, we’ve had a lot of rain”. The garage smelled so musty and it looked as if mold was growing.
The unit could use a deep clean and some additional cookware. We ended up buying a few pans as the ones the unit had weren’t in good condition.
The master bedroom ceiling looked to have had a patch work repair done recently as well as a towel bar missing in the bathroom. The beds are all very hard.
Also the listing states heated pool. This was incorrect. They stopped heating the pool on 11/27. It was freezing and we could not use it.

Great location, gated community with guard shack. About a two block walk to beach. I’m not sure if the beach is private but it felt that way. Plenty of beach space around the community, but looking down at the public beach it was PACKED!!! Negatives: It was too hot on the third floor. The A/C from the second floor is supposed to cool both floors but did not do that. Also the trundle bed in the third bedroom should have been a full sized bed versus a trundle. No blinds on the windows/doors leading to the two upstairs patios, no privacy and also made the rooms extra hot. Our family had a great time and would rent here again if it had one more full sized bed. We had 3 married couples but really only two bedrooms for couples. The rest are for kids.

The house is in a great location that allows private secured access to the beach within two blocks walk. The neighborhood is gates and very quiet. The house interior is aging and shows lots of wear and tear but is more than sufficient for a family getaway.

We enjoyed our recent stay on South Padre Island. Our family makes a trip to the island annually but this was our first time staying at this property. The house was absolutely beautiful and very close to the beach. We had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals. The balconies were amazing for drinking coffee in the mornings and watching the full moon eclipse in the evening. The gate attendants were friendly and helpful. Melissa was great to work with and very helpful with tips and making check-in smooth and painless. We are definitely are planning to return for another stay at this property!

I can't say enough good things about this house. First it was Big! There is a living room on each floor with a TV. Second it was clean! The beds were comfy. This is in a gated community. We liked that because there were not too many people around. A few things need to be updated, but overall we plan to come back.

I am just going to say we have a family where everyone does not get along. This place gave us lots of space where people could be separate and still be together. There is a "living room" space on each floor. The house was really clean and private. It is in a gated community. Not really that many people there, so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The beach was just around the corner. Melissa was great. She met us at the house and told us about what was going on during our stay. Thanks for everything!

Huge house
We knew we were getting a house, we just didn't realize how big it was. It was great. Nice way to not be on top of each other like in a condo. The staff was awesome. They met us at the house and told us where to find things. Fireworks were really close by. It was clean, we appreciated that. Take care.

First we didn’t even get the rental we booked at first and when we put in our criteria we stated we had 15 people and they booked us into a rental that only allowed 10 so we had family that wasn’t able to even visit us while in our rental. The rental property leaked water in several areas of the house when it rained also. Made for a miserable time that we had to deal with leaks and water in bedrooms and the garage. I would not recommend this process to anybody. I wish we could’ve had the good time we thought we were gonna have for the money we paid
