Hickory Grove Lakeview Cabin is cozy and relaxing. It was very clean. Close to Hocking Hills/Logan. Cherie was very accommodating at our last minute booking. Loved watching the birds at the feeders!

We searched quite a few cabins and chose Hickory Grove for the secluded setting. It is nestled in the woods with a perfect view of a pond with campfire area. There is a short walk up steps to enter & the graveled walk to the fire pit is not long. The cabin was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Very clean! We sat in the hot tub for 2 hrs watching the fire burn down. There was quite an assortment of dvds or you could watch anything on streaming channels. This is a great place to visit and we'll definitely be back!

The cabin is very cozy and everything worked. Nice bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Bathrooms were very good too. The lights were a little dim for us but adequate. The campfire ring was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay and we didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived we felt the beauty and peacefulness of the woods around us and the bird feeders and wildlife were great. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for all of us. Plenty of space and very toddler friendly. Everything was clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend coming here for a great time and to make family memories! Also, sitting on the porch was the best! Looking forward to coming back again!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this cabin both inside and out. The hot tub was new and in great working order. We enjoyed the pond and caught many fish, and even a frog by accident. It was a very quiet spot tucked away in the woods. The location was convenient to the many hiking destinations in Hocking Hills. I would highly recommend this cabin for a family trip, especially if you like to fish, sit by an outdoor fire pit or soak in an awesome hot tub.

This was an excellent place to vacation at. It was very quiet and away from everything. The main bedroom had its own bathroom which was great, and the other bedrooms were on the other side of the residence with was equally as nice. All necessary cooking supplies were provided. Make sure you over pack food supplies because the stores are not close. Overall, I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to family or friends.

The cabin was clean and equipped with everything you need. The area is secluded but close to anything you would like to do in Hocking Hills. The property is wonderful!! My grand daughters loved the pond and of course the hot tub!!! I highly recommend Hickory Grove Lakeview Cabin!!

It was everything we expected. Great location near all the trails close to Lake Logan. The cabin was very clean. As a family, we enjoyed the fishing pond Jacuzzi tub and fire pit had an awesome porch where we played a lot of family games.

Stayed for a week with my husband, 3 yr old, and my parents. It was wonderful! Its within 20/25 minutes of all the major trails and hikes. Many much closer than that. The cabin was VERY clean and well-kept with all the amenities you could need. Internet is rather spotty, but honestly we didnt even notice, too busy doing everything else! We watched the birds on the beautiful porch with our morning coffee, and Cheri even left us with birdseed to restock :) The pond had tons of fish, and a few bull frogs. No worries if you forgot a pole--theres a few there! We even saw woodducks fly in a few nights. The hottub was the perfect touch to a long day of hiking. There is a neighborhood cat that comes to the porch you can feed if you want (food and dish provided there) but he was TERRIBLY skittish of my young son, so we didnt see him after the first day ;) All in all, would highly recommend. Thanks again Cheri!!

Loved the cabin. Lots of stuff to do close by. But best of all was the privacy. We saw lots of wildlife. There was a very nice cabin cat. He was there everyday. And lots of birds at the feeders!! Cabin was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels for the hot tub. Our daughter really wants to come back sometime.

I’m so glad we chose this cabin to stay in! We had plenty of privacy, which made it so peaceful. The views of nature and small animals were perfect. We were close to some of the parks and were able to quickly relax when we got back to the cabin. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Hickory Grove cabin was fantastic! The property is located close to all the hiking trails in Hocking Hills. The cabin is immaculate, offering all the comforts you could ask for! We especially enjoyed watching all the birds visiting the bird feeders. I think that we saw at least 5 different species of woodpeckers! Cherie is an absolute marvelous host.

My husband and I stayed at this incredible cabin for a couple nights. It was exactly what we needed! It was so peaceful and relaxing. From fishing in the pond to listening to all the wildlife it was so refreshing. We saw a lot of birds and woodpeckers. We saw at least four deer that came down to the pond for a drink and to eat. The cat that comes around is so friendly. The inside is super clean and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. We watched movies on Hulu and played games. The host was very responsive and courteous. Small, clean, homey cabin in the heart of the Hocking Hills sites. Very convenient and private. Beautiful large wrap around porch with hot tub overlooks a small lake. I enjoy sitting on the porch reading books and watching my husband fish. The cat that routinely visits the porch is an added bonus. Cat food was easily located under the kitchen sink to keep the visitor well fed on the porch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the cabin for a mini vacation and were thoroughly impressed by the cabin, it’s location, and the amenities provided. For those that scour reviews for distance to landmarks we were within 12-20 minutes of Old Man’s Cave, Cedar Falls, Ash Cave, etc. The pond and fire pit gave us a quiet place to unwind after a day of hiking (we caught lots of bluegill). There are also bird feeders on the path, allowing us to sit on the covered deck and watch the local wildlife. The hot tub was a nice addition and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin fit our two families (7 people total, including 4 adults and 3 teenagers (14,17, & 18) quite nicely. The layout was well thought out. While there may not be enough room for all 7 to sit at the kitchen table the living room is open and we were all able to eat together and interact (not even remotely an issue for us, but was mentioned in another review). Our kids LOVED the cat that came to visit and added an extra perk to this vacation spot. It was also extremely clean and the owner responded promptly to any questions we had. This will always be our “go to” cabin when visiting the Hocking Hills area! Thank you for sharing this beautiful cabin with us! We couldn’t have asked for more!

Very clean cabin. Beautify location; plenty of privacy, great view of the pond and surrounding forest, lots of native birds due to all of the feeders round the porch. Very easy to find and access. We enjoyed lazy mornings with coffee on the porch watching the birds and listening to the woods. It was a great time.
