About this condo rental

Situated in The Meadows, this lovely condo for $82 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This is a charming and luminous condo of 460 sq. ft. fully furnished and equipped with great taste. It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a terrace, equipped kitchen with a bar and cozy living room. You can easily park your car in front of the building. On the first floor, you enter the condo into the very luminous living room with large windows and an access to the patio and the garden. It features one large white couch, a coffee table, lamps, and a TV. You will like the charming decoration and how cozy it feels! The convertible sofa is for 1 person to be used temporarily only and not for a long term stay. The open-plan kitchen has been rebuilt with a new full kitchen featuring stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The brand-new kitchen features a stove, little french oven (no standard oven) a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, and glassware. The bedroom features a king size bed (2 twin size beds together) with a lovely decoration in tones of blue, a dressing room, a large window and 2 nightstands. You then have access to the bathroom that includes a tub, toilet, sink and mirrors. You can find a washer and dryer in the building next to the unit. You will need quarters to use the washer and dryer. The lovely terrace is great to enjoy the average year-round temperature of 73 degrees. With its table and chairs for 2, it will be perfect for family and friends. This unit is fully furnished with high end furniture original artwork. The high-style look will win you over. This jewel is really a showplace. The common areas of the private residence features ice maker, laundry (the building next to the unit, quarters needed for washing/drying). Enjoy the large communal pool next to your residence. There is a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities. The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching. Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee. Additional info: This rental is subject to the approval of Home Owners Association (HOA) which requires at least two weeks prior to arrival. The application fee is at the charge of the tenant (not included in rental fee). $150 for a married couple, or per guest. The fee amount is subject to change **No pets allowed per the HOA's rules ** ** no trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules** **no parties, non smoking** ** AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 82 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running** Wildlife Awareness: Florida's diverse wildlife awaits responsibly; refrain from direct contact and adhere to safety guidelines. Wonderful Stay in Sarasota
Enjoyed a month in Sarasota using this small, but adequate condominium located in "The Meadows" development in Sarasota, FL. Biking and Walking trails throughout. Ponds with native birds and turtles. Shopping and Dining establishments within 2 miles. Great place to stay while exploring the Sarasota, Bradenton, Fort Meyers area of the Gulf Coast of Florida.

The Meadows is a beautiful area with many trails for walking or biking even bird watching. The condo needs TLC though which we have addressed personally with the owners/keepers. But in general we enjoyed our stay since there were many "snowbirds" in and around enjoying their yearly company and the swimming pool in the courtyard.
