Gas grills are located pool side so guests may grill their favorite “catch” of the day. Fishing can be done off the dock in the bay waters, just steps away from the new pool/hot tub overlooking the bay. Many dolphins and manatees can be observed playing in the bay waters as well! Visitors will also enjoy a parking spot located in the covered garage area. The property’s grounds are well maintained with lush tropical gardens and palm trees. We loved the location and accessibility to whatever we wanted to do. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable furniture. One comment would be to check some of the kitchen utensils and cook/baking pieces. Many definitely need replacing. We used the pool area the most - but also liked the convenience of getting to the beach.

This condo was everything we hoped and more,! Great location, very helpful on-site support, we just loved it. We hope to return every year. Views are great and excellent proximity to beach, a totally wonderful experience.

Another great stay at La Scala. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property, as always, was neat and clean. The dock, grill and grill area and elevator have all been updated. Very nice. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The pool and spa are a nice option if the weather is a little too cool for the beach. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

This property was the perfect location for us. Easy beach access across the street and an elevator for elderly members of the family. Maria was quick to respond to my questions and requests! Property was as presented in the photos. Loved our time there! Thank you!

Just INCREDIBLE. The condo was SUPER comfortable, clean and beautiful. Location couldn’t be better and the neighborhood was really quiet. We would definitely come back!!! Stop looking for other condos, this is it!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Vanderbilt Beach. It was our first time so we were not sure what to expect. The location and property were better than we expected. We were so sad to leave. Maria was very easy to work with. We literally were on the beach within in 1 minute of walking out of the condo. We can't wait to come back!! Already planning our next vacation. The property is very well maintained and clean. I like that it only has 19 units, makes it quiet and peaceful.

This was our first trip to Naples and Vanderbilt Beach. We LOVED it all!!! The condo was perfect and exactly as described and shown in the pictures here. It was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Sitting out on the lanai early in the morning was awesome! The bedroom setup was perfect for our family of 5, kids are 16, 13, and 10. The location is outstanding. So close to the beach that it made it easy to run back for something, to have lunch, and to get things to and from without a problem. The pool is also great. The pool and deck area were always very clean and it was so quiet and relaxing. Maria and her staff were so easy to work with and got right back to us with questions prior to our arrival. We highly recommend LaScala!! We loved the smaller complex and the condo was just great. We can't wait to stay there again!!! Fantastic Spring Break!!!

This was my husband's and my second time to this condo and we've had a great, enjoyable time on both occasions. (Forgot to write review on first trip) The condo is very clean and comfortable. It has a very homey and cozy feel; we feel at home there. We love sitting on the lanai and watching the boats and dolphins in the bay waters. The pool and jacuzzi area is always clean; as is the entire property. We love having the parking spot in the garage and the beach is only a minute away. Looking forward to visiting again next Spring. Maria is easy to work with and takes great care of the unit.

This condo was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. The accommodations were just as listed on the website and we were very comfortable during our stay. The covered ground level parking was convenient for my 75 year old mother as well as the rest of this 1st floor unit. The walk to the beach was also nice with wooden deck path making the walk nice a level for mom. She still enjoys the beach! The pool area was nice and we enjoyed sitting out there too. Cooked many meals on the grill; that's a nice setup you have for guests! Working with Maria was great and much appreciated. Thank you for sharing your condo with my family.
