Situated in Vanderbilt Beach, this attractive condo for $303 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This is a 30 unit, quiet environment with a private beach on Vanderbilt Beach, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s a well-kept secret, tucked away directly on the beach and a perfect place to have a restorative getaway or a luxurious vacation with your children--they may be the only ones in the heated pool! You cannot get closer to the Gulf - check out the photos! There is a 14 night minimum so the low nightly rate reflects that—way more vacation for your vacation budget! This is a pristine 2 bedroom, with an enormous living area and additional office area, free, screaming fast WiFi, with 2 full bathrooms including a master bathroom and dressing room with a walk-in closet. The updated kitchen has glowing stainless steel appliances, reverse osmosis (purified) water flowing (no more hauling bottled water), granite counters, and fully equipped with a wide variety of cooking appliances and utensils. There is a heated outdoor pool overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico, on-property parking, tennis/pickleball court, and dock. The condo is renovated with a tropical feeling, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico--you'll be thinking you've landed in Paradise. There are panoramic views of the ocean and sunsets from every room--the master is also on the Gulf so you can hear the waves on the beach while you sleep. The second bedroom has views of Wiggins Pass Lagoon and your tennis court. There are lush tropical plants and palm trees all over the property and a lovely herringbone brick path to the beach. The beach is always quiet because there are only 30 units in this building with 13 private homes adjacent to the property. My husband and I are fortunate to have come across Liz's property for our yearly trip to Naples, FL. It is located within a short distance to restaurants and shopping centers, and is an easy drive to 5th Avenue, the bustling heart of Naples. Most importantly, for us, it is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, where we enjoyed the serene view of the water every day.
The home is appointed with everything one could want to enjoy a beach vacation, and if there is something a guest might need in the condo, Liz is quick to respond. She is patient and kind, willing to do anything to make her guests comfortable. We especially enjoyed the Lanai, where we sat many a night to dine al fresco and watch the sunset. One couldn't ask for more.
We were sad to leave, but happy knowing that we had found a beautiful home to vacation in Naples when we return.
We highly recommend Liz’s home for your holiday.

My recent stay at the Vanderbilt Beach property was an absolute dream come true. Situated right in front of the breathtaking beach, this vacation rental truly captured the essence of a beach lover's paradise.
The moment I stepped into the property, I was immediately taken aback by the stunning views that greeted me. The expansive windows and balcony offered panoramic view of the blue waters and white sands, allowing me to enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of Vanderbilt Beach from the comfort of my own private oasis.

Husband and I booked a 2 week golf and beach trip here to explore the greater Naples area. Came right after Snowbird Season” ended( ie post April 15). We had the private beach all but to ourselves and loved our 3rd floor views ( 1st floor is parking) ftom living room, lanai and bedroom. Kitchen has modern appliances and the living space is large. Master bedroom was also large with a big walk-in closet. Area is still reconstructing from last Sept. horrific Hurricane Ian, but businesses are open and the energy to rebuild is super positive. So no lack of amenities, but empathy for the reconstruction is appreciated. An extra plus with booking now is the weather is great-high temps but not humid, so extremely pleasant and great ocean breezes. No red tide or sargasm. And less crowds so often no need for reservations for dinner. Golf rates are highly discounted now, too:) This was a great vacation!

Vanderbuilt Beach Retreat
My family and I had a wonderful stay! The condo is small, but very clean and functional. Our only issue was that the elevator was worked on off and on for the entire month. We were very fortunate to only be on the second floor, so it did not effect us too much. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Condo!
Usually I have to clean a condo when I arrive, but this condo was spotless! The owner Liz is very accommodating. The washer broke the first time that I used it, and she had it fixed immediately. It is a perfect site. The beach is beautiful and the pool is not crowded at all. The screened-in porch is a delightful place to have your lunch. The office manager, Zulima, is very nice and helpful. You will not be disappointed in this condo. We would love to come back again!

This was a great location and condo. You can walk to several good restaurants just down the beach. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets amazing. The host, Liz, was very good to communicate and work with. Her condo is lovely with great views of the gulf.

Spectacular Location - Best in Naples!!
Bayshores Condominiums is the perfect location if you want to be just off the beaten path but close enough for a short walk down the beach to The Turtle Club, The Ritz Carlton, and on of our favorites, Buzz's Lighthouse. Liz is very efficient and accommodating. We would stay here again when we return.

Amazing location by the sea!
Vanderbilt beach is certainly one of the best in the US and Liz’s apt is basically right on that beach. From the terrace and inside of the apt you can hear waves, and spot Naples’ rich sea life - dolphins and manatees. We even spotted turtles from the terrace, which is the place you can stay all day & night. Not to even mention amazing sunsets. Master room is a perfect place to get good rest and as the bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet and overlooks the Gulf. Liz is a great host, she was very responsive and helpful in arranging out stay.

It’s the quietest place I’ve ever stayed at and with so many windows on the gulf, it was almost magical.

We enjoyed our stay very much & have already booked this same unit for 2016. The mattress was really great and afforded us much rest. Even though we have stayed on this property before but not this unit we have never had the luxury of WiFi, & a simple tv to operate, as well as a list of great restaurants to visit. Overall a great visit.

Stay at Bayshores
We had always stayed in East Naples, usually at Cedar Hammock Country Club. We were late in booking 2003 because of personal factors and were not able to find a place we liked in East Naples. We thought we'd try North Naples for a change and were lucky enough to find this unit for 3 weeks in March. We managed to piece together stays at two locations in Bonita Springs to cover February & early March.
We found that we enjoyed this condo so much that we booked it for as many days as were available in March 2014. We have become Vanderbilt Beach "converts" in general and this condo in Bayshores in particular. Not only is the condo itself lovely and convenient to many more attractions than East Naples but the owners of other units in the building we met were uniformly friendly and considerate.
