The unit is in the sort after complex of Moreton Terraces and being set on the top floor offers undisturbed ocean views over to Moreton Island and if you're lucky you may even see the dolphins and whales passing by. The unit is only a few minutes' walk to the centre of town where you will find an assortment of cafes, shops, clubs and restaurants. It really offers its guests a wonderful location to just relax and enjoy the peaceful setting as well as be amongst the Island activities. Inside the unit is two bedrooms and two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that flow out on to the balcony. The kitchen has all the necessities you will need. There is a table and chairs setting in the dining room and a comfortable sofa and TV in the living room. The entire open plan area has views out over the ocean. The balcony is the prefect spot to sit back and relax watch out over the ocean and the assortment of boats and sea life. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite with toilet, shower and vanity. The second bedroom has a double single bunk combo and uses the main bathroom. The main bathroom is combined with the laundry and has a separate toilet. The shower is over the bath and there is a vanity, washing machine and dryer. The unit has ceiling fans throughout and a secure single car park. This unit is a lovely place to bring the family and enjoy the best of Bribie Island. Accommodates 5: 1 x Queen bed, 1 x Single Double bunk combo Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels. * Please note bookings made prior to July 1st, 2023, have a different linen set up and you will need to refer to your booking confirmation for linen information. The location was perfect for our needs I do have a couple of things one the water pressure in the shower was no more than a light stream the patio sliding doors were hard to open and close and wi fi would have been nice apart from that we had a great time

Beaut location. Easy, accommodating real estate. Unit does need some maintenance though. It’s getting on in age and there are doors/windows that are hard to open/close. Lights which flicker and poor water flow through showers. It was still great for what we needed with young kids and we’d like to stay again next year.

You are charged approx $50 to use Stayz website and the property manager will freeze $500 on your bank card for a short stay. The funds become available again a few days after you leave. Charged for linen.

A perfect quiet holiday close to the beach and all amenities. On the top floor, 3 flights of steps up, but undisturbed ocean views. A little smokey from the out of control fires in other parts of Qld.
