About this house rental

Nestled in Cape May Point, this charming house for $630 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Newly renovated in 2018! All new finishes. New kitchen and baths. 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 8-10. The Nest is 2,000 square feet including a screened-in porch and accommodates 8 comfortably, 8 adults Max, extra 3 kids okay with a 11 max. The Nest is "upside down" with living space above with 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 bedrooms and the porch below. There is a newly landscaped back yard with patio, outdoor shower and BBQ area. You can see the beach access from the front yard. You can easily walk to the beach. The nest is located across from Cape May Point State Park and near the Light House, Sunset Beach and the Bird Observatory and is only 2 1/2 miles to downtown Cape May. Location, location, location. Enjoy the tranquility of Cape May Point and the exciting activities in downtown Cape May. Your family can enjoy the best of both worlds. We have a one-week minimum and rent from Sunday to Sunday only in high season. Contact us for other seasonal rentals. Check in time is 2:30 pm and check out time is 10:30am. You are welcome to drop off your luggage in the back of the house or porch. Linens and towels not provided and must be supplied by travelers or can be rented through local agency Linen Ladies.

Love the house it had everything we needed. The grill was nice as we grilled everyday. The bikes came in handy as my children took bike rides everyday. The only problem I had was in my check in email it had the wrong key code and also said check in was 3:30 but the actual right up inside said 2:30. We did arrive before 3:30 and would have been nice to get in.

Really great house. The owners have considered every need for a renter. Hooks in every bedroom and space you would desire them. Plenty of comfortable seating. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, etc. Great screened in porch. Awesome outdoor shower. Bikes could use an update but were ok for a short ride. I have nothing but good things to say.

This is a very comfortable property located close to the beach. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and at the same time areas for everyone to gather together. The owners have thought of just about everything for a wonderful stay. We have booked for next year!

We couldn’t find anything wrong!! Perfect location walk to beach. Property was clean, well thought out decorating that made our stay so enjoyable. Several decks for family together or time alone. Amazing living spaces with natural light in abundance yet no harsh sun. Very well designed floor plan. Private setting with lush foliage and stocked with all you need. We will definitely return!!!!

Perfect location for a family trip will small kids in Cape May Point, short walk to the beach! House was a great open layout for our extended family, very clean and nicely updated. Owner was very responsive! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Annie has done a great job updating this property and bringing it to a level that is both very comfortable and very functional for using the beach. It comes fully stocked with chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and bikes. The kitchen was above average in my opinion. Plenty of flatware and silverware. The pots/pans were above standard for a rental, on par with stuff we use at home. It had some cooking seasoning and olive oil, we actually left a full bottle of olive oil to make sure we paid some of that forward. It has a nice grill and she even had an extra bottle of propane ready to go - which we actually needed which was key. We cooked every night and that was great. The outdoor shower and foot wash were used several times daily. The decks are well maintained and you dont have to worry about splinters, etc. There is a great screened in porch area with comfortable furniture. The beds were comfortable, but you'll need to bring your own pillows - due to covid. My son loved having the bunk bed. In fact that was one thing I was surprised by, the furniture for the most part was higher end stuff. Even the couches in the living room were italian leather natuzzi brand (which we've had at our own home, not cheap). The living space is open concept and very good for entertaining. I would definitely recommend the Nest in CMP and will consider renting again.

The Nest provided excellent space for our family. The interior is all new, roomy, tastefully decorated and very functional. It is only a 2 block walk to the beach. We love the quiet community that permits younger children to ride bikes safely. The park in the village circle (about 3 blocks) is ideal for all manner of recreation.
