The view, the location, the rooms were all fine.
The difficulty finding parking anywhere nearby was the main issue.
Plus the lack of little things like a corkscrew, teatowels, basic condiments, proper sized bath towels

Great location for exploring the area. 5 minute walk to shops, cafes and nice to sit out on the back area and enjoy the view.

Beautifully decorated cottage with stunning views over Ironbridge gorge. Perfect for active people as lots of interesting walks direct from the door.
No designated parking space. The 8 spaces recommended were down a hill over the main road and are first come first served. You can drop off outside the cottage but very narrow road. Narrow stairs in the house are difficult to negotiate with luggage!

Due to an medical emergency I can not comment on the property as we had to leave before check in time. but the area it is located in is not as described . We arrive in the area in the morning. On the Web site says about plenty of pubs in the area . We found 2 near the gorge and one other close by we in enquired about booking an evening meal in the closes pub to be told food only served Wednesday to Sunday food order is only to 5 pm and closes at 8 . The other pub was over a 30 min walk down a deserted path that we certainly wouldn't walk on a night .we expected to find 4 or 5 pubs where we could easily walk between. Parking was very difficult.the parking that was suggested was over 10 minutes away and be very difficult to carry luggage from there
