This 2 bd rm(New mattresses as of June 2024), 2 bath cottage has a full kitchen, dining rm, living rm, sitting rm(with pull out sofa for an additional 2 guests) and HUGE screened porch. Southwest Mountain views. Convenient to I64, Rt 22 through Keswick Horse country & Charlottesville. Convenient to Southern Revere, Barboursville, Horton, Well Hung and Keswick Vineyards, Castle Hill Cidery, Patch Brewery, Ice House Brewery. Convenient to James Madison's Montpelier. Convenient to Rt 33 & Rt 15, towns of Louisa & Gordonsville. And...fiber internet!

Excellent location to escape the hustle and bustle between UVA graduation activities. Loved hearing the birds from the screened porch each morning.The sunset from the kitchen window was a show stopper. We had to drop everything and run out front and appreciate it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage! We were within an easy drive from Charlottesville, Montpielier and Monticello, which allowed for some rest day trips. Our grandsonenoyeftaking a little walk back to the pond and watching animals across the street

We enjoyed our two-night stay. The setting was beautiful and the house and furnishings were as shown in photos. The host responded to communication promptly. We would stay there again if in the area.

This place truly exceeded our expectations. It is centrally located, just a 20-minute drive to several vineyard tours. Each vineyard recommended another stop, and we were never disappointed. The house met all our needs and more. It was quiet and situated in a secluded area, exactly what we were looking for. We bought groceries at the beginning of our stay and cooked at home several times, which was very convenient. Overall, we loved our 6-night stay and would recommend this home to anyone who asks. It has a delightful rustic charm!
