My partner and I stayed at Gufo Apartment for a week in September, and we both absolutely loved the area where the property is located. The property is very close to shops, markets, the beach and the Old Town of Budva, which made the location very convenient for us.
The lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming. She also explained that there was a 24-hour reception desk if we needed anything, which was very reassuring.
The apartment had a cooking stove, which helped us a lot during our holiday. It was also very well equipped with everything we needed, including glasses, plates, knives, forks, spoons, cooking pans and other kitchen essentials and also a big fridge.
One of the things we enjoyed the most, especially on the hot days, was the air conditioning. There was one air conditioner in the bedroom and another in the lounge, which made the apartment very comfortable.
There were also a few things that we felt could be improved. The living room would benefit from some renovation, particularly repainting the walls. The sofa was disappointing as it had a noticeable smell, cigarette burns and appeared to be quite dirty. We also noticed long blonde hairs on the sofa, which made us question whether it had been properly cleaned before our arrival.
There was a coffee machine in the apartment, which was a nice addition, but unfortunately there was no coffee provided. The pillows in the bedroom were also quite uncomfortable and could be improved. There was also a metal clothes-drying rack on the balcony, but it was very old and rusty and didn’t feel suitable for use.
Despite these points, we really enjoyed the location and found the apartment well equipped.

The location is excellent in the center, one step to the beach in heart of Budva, the staff was amazing very helpful very nice.
There was a problem in the sewage smell, it seems like because of the hot weather at summer, look like in all Budva, the staff did their best they brought a sewage technician , they clean the toilet many time also kept air refresher for us, it gone for awhile but keep coming.
Everything else is good we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Location was good.
The apartment was a great size
Most staff were helpful
Our room was filthy. Used razors in the bathroom, clumps of hair in the shower, food on the table and in the sink. The sofa was covered in stains and there were used dirty towels in the room from previous guests
