The location was perfect for walking and exploring the lovely city of Sulmona! Parking, was in a parking garage not too far from the B & B. A discount was given for the daily rate, if you gave them the name of the B & B you were staying in, BUT only when there was an attendant and most often there was not an attendant so we had to pay through the machine. But still, it wasn't too expensive. The room(s) were well appointed, clean and we had plenty of space, with a lovely balcony. We very much enjoyed our stay and would look forward to returning to La Dimora del Falconiere on our next trip to Abruzzo!
A bit of noise from late night party-goers on the small side street and from the cafe across from the apartment. But it was a national holiday when we were there so school was closed and there were lots of teenagers and young people out and about.

The size and design of the room, room facilities and the location.
The beds were uncomfortable, very hard. The room doesn't have soundproofing and the windows didn't provide any respite from the street noise.
