About this apartment rental
The flat is on the 4th floor of an aparment building right in centre of town. Is spacious, and beautifully furnished, equipped with all amenities, but relatively small (100 square meters). The living-room, the master bead- room, and the office have a fantastic view to the sea and mount Esja. The living-room has two seating areas, and an in-glassed balcony with a small seating area. The living-room also features a small grand piano The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV flat screen. The office is small, but there is a convertible sofa. The bathroom has a shower. The washing-room is outside the apartment accessed from the corridor. It is shared with the three other apartments on the floor but has a private washing machine and dryer. There is also a shared balcony in the corridor of the floor, facing south-east. There is a private parking place in the garage on ground floor. There is a bakery on ground floor and facing the house is a buss stop for local busses going to various destinations. Across the street to the west, there is a buss stop for excursions trips to tourist sites, as well as back and fort from the airport.

This is a beautiful apartment in the centre of Reykjavik with stunning views out to the sea. We would highly recommend, very well equipped, clean, with shops, restaurants, museums and Harpa concert hall on your doorstep. Tinna was helpful and welcoming.

Amazing location and very walkable to everything. The property contains a lot of their personal items leaving little room for settling in. We did find the pullout bed sheets needed to be changed before we could use that.Besides that the the location made it very easy to get around whether by foot or by bus.

This was a beautiful, ideal location and space for us. Just across the street from the water, short, lovely walks to all the Reykjavík sites, and easy access to the routes for touring hotspots. It is very clean and very comfortable. The hosts were thoughtful and gracious. A perfect home base for a long-awaited trip to Iceland.

what a beautiful flat! perfect location and amazing view. although we weren't there except to sleep, it felt like a home away from home. The bed and pillows were sooo comfy!
