The host was the highlight, so kind and attentive. And the quiet location was perfect. Breakfast had everything we wanted, both savory and sweet, with a lot of homemade food.
We loved the patio and the outside area, with the beautiful garden. Rooms were quiet.

Giovanni and his team were an absolute pleasure, so welcoming, kind and accommodating throughout our stay. The property itself was absolutely beautiful, set amongst the winery and surrounded by such a peaceful, picturesque setting.
One of us is gluten free, and we were so impressed by the options available at breakfast, including gluten-free bread, croissants and even brownies, which was such a lovely touch and really appreciated.
We also loved the honesty bar, where we could enjoy wine produced right there at the property. It made the whole experience feel even more special and was a perfect way to relax in the evenings.
What really made our stay, though, was Giovanni and his team. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely, and they made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay again!

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at Domus Cariana. The property has a very special atmosphere – a beautiful historic house dating back to the 1700s, carefully restored while preserving its original character and charm. Everything was exceptionally clean, peaceful and very well maintained.
Giovanni is a wonderful host, extremely welcoming, friendly and hospitable, and he made us feel at home from the very beginning. His wines are exceptional, and we also really enjoyed the delicious products made on the property. You can truly feel the passion and care behind everything he does.
The location, surrounded by vineyards and the beautiful Valpolicella countryside, is fantastic. One of our favorite places was the terrace at the back of the house – perfect for sitting in the evening with a glass of wine, relaxing and enjoying a good conversation in complete peace.
The architecture, the history of the house, the beautiful interiors, the cleanliness, the tranquility and Giovanni’s hospitality made this a truly memorable stay. We would definitely come back!

Such a lovely peaceful location in the vineyard. You can relax outside and there's an honesty bar for wine and snacks. Great staff and a short walk to the village.
