We had a lovey stay at the hotel and the pool was perfect for refreshing afternoon swims. We only ate at the restaurant once - food was excellent.
We didn't realise that the family unit we booked had three of us in one room. Not ideal for a teenage daughter but it was my misunderstanding when I booked.

Lovely hotel with such promise. Beautiful surroundings, lovely pool, lovely rooms. Nice restaurant and bar area in the evenings.
We left a bit mystified. The staff after 4pm were excellent but between 10am and 4pm it felt as though you were a nuisance being at the hotel. To get anybody to serve you meant knocking on a locked reception door before 4pm, if you wanted an extra towel for the pool we were told that the hotel only had 28, if you asked for more water, it was always responded with, ‘there is a bottle in your room’, if you tried to use the communal toilet during the day, you were told to use the one in your room. Not once did anybody approach us and offer us a drink or ask if we needed anything. It is such a shame as the hotel could be excellent but not very welcoming or helpful. With more staff and a more proactive approach, this hotel could be amazing.
