O Anfitrião não nos informou 2 ou 3 dias antes como aceder ás chaves o que causou alguma confusão á chegada.Não atendeu o telefone sendo apenas possível o contacto via Booking. Alojamento sem Wifi O chuveiro da banheira estava danificado.

The directions to location on the Booking site are inaccurate. Perhaps they are meant for car users. We were walking as the 'Loft' is only a 10 min walk from the ferry. There is no street sign for Calle Cruz and several locals we asked either didn't know or sent us to a different place. Perhaps it was my Spanish pronunciation.Eventually we rang Carlos and at first got no answer. However we were called back and after more searching found the place about 45 mins after arriving. To be fair they did ring back and also allowed us a late check out on the day of departure. A street sign would help a lot. And the reference to Calle Aire in the directions is misleading! The only other gripe we have is that the place is described as a one bedroom apartment. It's not. It's a studio with a pull down bed. The pictures on Booking are misleading.

A small studio apartment in the centre of town with a lovely roof terrace which gets sun and shade all day..!! Absolutely fabulous and the host was so accommodating and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions..!! Many Thanks Juan-Carlos see you again soon..!

Very close to ferry and center of town. Clean and comfortable. Roof terrace great.

Appartment on very steep incline could be a problem for wheelchair users nothing else to moan about.
