要说不满意的地方就是电梯间和电梯间门口有点脏，至始至终没有打扫过，油污看起来很久的样子！

Very clean, nice apartment. Kitchen quite well-equipped, even with a washing machine. Japanese bathroom with toiletries was nice too. Pretty decorations. Check in worked well with the messages and tablet.
Worth the money in my opinion.
Communication could have been a bit better. When I was worried about the check in I didn't receive an answer. Luckily in the end it worked well.
For longer stays and more than two adults it was quite small. Beds also pretty small, one bed for two adults is tight.
Bathroom was a little bit smelly because of the drain pipe of the washing machine I think.

A very comfortable apartment, and the bedroom was spacious enough for 3 adults. Kitchen and bathroom were tight for space but still functional. The apartment was really nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The proximity to the train line was a concern initially, but after the first night we barely noticed the noise. The train station was only a few minutes walk away and plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. The owner was very responsive and gave detailed directions to the building and instructions re checking in and out.
The complete lack of soundproofing. The trains (literally only a few metres away from the building) were a concern at first, but to be honest, weren't an issue for us. It was our upstairs neighbours who spoilt our stay. We might have just been unlucky (for 6 nights) but I cannot fathom how anyone can make as much noise as they did. It sounded like they were moving furniture or jumping up and down in heavy workboots every day and night (sometimes until 1am). We could hear conversations and one night even a duet. At least they had half decent singing voices. I would still recommend this apartment for its amenities and location, just be aware of its pitfalls.

Very close to Temma station but still very quiet (except for the train running by right beside you but after half an hour after checking in, my group was able to ignore the sound but the rooms do provide earplugs if needed). Probably one of the most spacious places I've been to in Japan overall, with each room easily hosting a family of 4 with no issues. The host contacted me when the battery for the automatic lock needed to be changed and provided great service if I had any questions.
It was a bit dusty in certain areas (behind and underneath the beds). Not much space for eating unless you sit on the floor next to the beds.

The place offers a self check-in procedure. The rooms were huge for what we paid for. There were a lot of guest supplies as well and the place is close to a 7/11, Don Quijote, and Mcdonalds. It is a 5 minute walk to the JR Temma Station (just walk straight from the right exit). Amenities are also complete including vacuum, iron, washing machine, stove, kitchenware, etc.
Nothing but the check in and check out tablet was a bit confusing because there are buttons for that in the screen but you actually don’t need to use the tablet.

Location is superb. The property is a 5 mins walk from Tenma station, Tenjinbashi shopping street and Tenma market. Plenty of good eateries around.
Every essential for making simple meals was provided - cutlery, cooking utensils, scrubs for washing. Washing machine and powder was provided and there was a balcony and multi hangers to hang clothes.
Room was spacious for Japanese standards and we had space to unpack 2 luggages.
Train noise was manageable by closing all the doors in the rooms, but the ceilings are thin so people walking in the apartment upstairs could be heard. They did provide ear plugs for the noise.

Nice little property near the train station. It was clean and comfortable. QR code to translate how to use the amenities was super useful especially for the air conditioner 😁.

Dirty. We found lots of rubbish and dust underneath of the bed, pubic hair in the bathroom. When I rang them to complained, staff apologized. So I gave them second chance to clean up properly. But next day, they just picked up big rubbish. I rang again, but that male staff were getting upset with me as I was very angry about how they cleaned the room. I couldn't stay their anymore, as I have bad house dust allergy. We were supposed to enjoy 5nights, but we decided to leave 3days earlier. On the check out day, 10am is check out time, but cleaning guy tried to came in. eventually he unlocked our room before 10 am! Building management should communicate with cleaner companies better and should check their job occasionally. They ruined our holiday in Japan. We will never come back again.

I would say the place looks better in the photos than in person. The beds were comfortable and the place had the amenities it promised. The restroom is separated from the bathroom so different people can do their businesses at the same time. It is conveniently located near the main JR Osaka Loop - Temma station. The host was responsive to our questions.
The room looked bigger in the photos than in person. We were expecting two queen beds but were given two full size. We stayed at a small place in Tokyo but this place was even smaller, no living room space at all, small walkways even when the luggages are kept closed and upright. When I say this place is conveniently near a train station, it is literally right next to the train tracks, so it was hard to sleep at night. Our bidet wasn't working at all. There was this musty smell that constantly wafts in from the restroom/bathroom area and around the place (could potentially be due to a bad drainage system). Late check-in time (4PM) is very inconvenient. I'm okay with 3PM but 4PM is unreasonable, and I felt uncomfortable with leaving my luggages outside of the place (The instructions also weren't clear whether we can leave our stuff inside or outside). Space in the lobby to hold luggages for guests would be helpful.

The location is incredible, really close to everything and we were able to walk around and explore a lot. Temma station is 1 station away from Osaka station and its on the osaka loop line, which is really good :) The apartment is small yet spacious, super cozy!
The only downside is honestly the fact that you can listen to the trains passing. It never bothered me to sleep but I understand that some people might have trouble (the accommodation provides free ear plugs).

you are literally next to a very busy train line, you can hear every train passing, throughout the property. This is obvious from the map but the train tracks are less than 10m from front door to apartment and it is not an underground train line.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and fully equipped kitchen.
Great washing machine and bathroom, lots of space for hanging clothes and put the luggage.
The apartment was on ground floor, so there was view only to the street, and the balcony was a bit blocked.
There was not enough space to dry the dishes. The train goes very near the apartment and you can hear it from 07:00AM until 12:00PM (it didn't bother us so much, and we could use earplugs that were given)

It’s a bit too small. Path in the kitchen and toilet is connected thus limit the space while cooking. Understandable because I think it’s common in Osaka to have rooms built like this and fair enough with the price charged.

Love the cleanliness the most. Smooth contactless check in. The stay has elevator, simple kitchen, heater, hot water as we need. The bed and pillow is very comfy👍 location is near to JR temma about 300m distance. The room is very near to railway but we dont have major issue on the light noise (which we dont really hear cz we got very good sleep after whole day exploring 😂. In fact the kids enjoy seeing the train so close to them 👍 Will come here again in the future. 👍Tqqqq villa penthouse temma.

Amazing value. You get your own little cozy apartment in a good location in Osaka. The beds are very comfortable, the room is spacious, and the communication with the host is clear and helpful.
1) Noise
- If you are sensitive to noise, as you have seen in previous reviews, this might bother you because it is right next to the train tracks, but personally, I had no problem with it at all and slept really well during my whole stay.
2) No cleaning services
- It is not a hotel, after all. It's more like your own apartment. We only stayed for 3 nights, so we didn't have a problem with the trash but I could see how that could become a problem if you stay for longer. But I would recommend speaking to the host and seeing how you can manage your trash.
3) Check-in/check-out time and no luggage storage
- Check-in feels too late (4 pm) and check-out too early (10 am) with no option to store your luggage. It wasn't a problem for us, but it could easily be one of the biggest downsides. The solution is to put your luggage in a storage facility at the train stations (they are around 700-800 yen).

This is the accommodation with the most value for money among the places we stayed. It is around 5 mins walk to the station which is good. There were two beds for two of us so we slept comfortably. Kitchen supplies are also provided. There's also oil, salt and pepper. Even laundry pods are provided for the washer/dryer! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
The sprints from the bathroom to the bedroom after taking a shower/bath because it's cold during winter and the heater is only in the bedroom. There's also no dining table, or we're not sure if it's the one in the laundry room, so we just ate meals on the side table which is just a minor inconvenience.

What I like the most was location, walking distance to JR Temma station which is full of restaurants, convenient stores and shopping street. The accommodation looks new and fully equipped but quite small. There was no staff sitting in the place so only way to communicate was called or chatted.
