Nestled in Cabo San Lucas, this attractive house for $925 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Casa de Ballena offers so many amenities, you may find you don't want to leave the house! Careful thought has gone into every detail to make to make your visit a special as possible from a variety of outdoor amenities, luxurious beds, Molton Brown toiletries, artwork and beautiful furnishings. Casa de la Ballena has 4 bedrooms, each with it's own attached bathroom and an additional 1/2 bathroom on the main level. The bedrooms are : - 3 bedrooms with King Beds (one on the main level) - 1 bedroom with a Queen bed Each bedroom has at least one iphone/apple watch/airpod charger, a 4G smart TV with complimentary HULU for live tv viewing, an aromatherapy diffuser. Additionally there is a King Koil air mattress and a pullout sofa in the upstairs living room. The first floor master bedroom offers privacy and convenience while three bedrooms upstairs are connected by a second living area and a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, wine refrigerator and coffee maker. Both living areas have large 4G Smart TVs with Hulu and an Amazon Firestick. The upstairs living area has a full size pullout sofa and a Playstation Pro. For those who hate to miss a workout while on vacation we have plenty of fitness equipment! Upstairs you will find the Peloton area with a Peloton bike (you can bring your own shoes or we have cage adapters to wear with your sneakers and a pair of Peloton shoes in a men's 9), Peloton weights (2 lbs, 3 lbs, 5 lbs, 10 lbs, 15 lbs 20 lbs), a Peloton mat, Peloton resistance bands and Peloton Yoga strap and blocks. You are able to stream the Peloton app using the Kindle Firestick! On the upstairs balcony, you can attach the TRX system and exercise while taking in the beauty of the Pacific Ocean! If you'd like to workout on the main level, we have a exercise bench, weights, resistance bands, pilates equipment, mat, a stability ball, foam roller, resistance bands, a jump rope and weights. We also have tennis rackets, pickle ball equipment and putters for the putting green. There is a complimentary fitness center in the Copala clubhouse and tennis/pickleball courts at Pacifica and Sunset. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook every meal if you desire . . . . it is fully equipped with a Keurig/pot coffee maker, a blender, a microwave, full-sized oven, instant pot, griddle, waffle maker, air fryer, KitchenAid mixer, slow cooker, food processor, etc. Step outside the sliding glass doors to your own outdoor oasis with views of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. On the main terrace, you'll find an amazing firepit with seating for 10, a putting green, a swimming pool, an over-sized hot tub, 4 lounge chairs, a dining area with a grill. Walk upstairs to the rooftop terrace to enjoy amazing views, a large hot rub which seats 7 people, a fire pit and sofa, two lounge chairs, a billiard table and a second grill. Our home also features high speed wifi, a vpn router that allows guests to watch US television, a large-sized washer and dryer and solar power. Other amenities include board games, a wireless speaker, binoculars, beach towels, and cornhole. Guests may also purchase the all-inclusive dining plan through Pueblo Bonito. Our family of six adults and a toddler had a wonderful time here. We could not get over how well the house is equipped. We have stayed at Pacifica many times but can't with a toddler so this was a great option for us. Very comfortable, the host overlooked nothing in outfitting the house. If you like to cook there is every cooking tool you could imagine. We used the private chef she recommended and the meals were delicious. Highly recommend this property.

3 couples enjoyed this beautiful house and all the thoughtful amenities! Everything you could ever want for in a kitchen, in exercise and pool accessories, even the comfortable bedrooms. bathrooms and seating areas were wonderful. Getting a ride to and from was the only challenge because of all the security gates but we got that figured out. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Words cant express how Kathleen home is. Everything you can think of is in this property. My wife was totaled surprised by the house and family showing up. The pool, the outdoor space, the rooftop, pool table, hot tub and the kitchen was OUTSTANDING. The bedrooms with the en suites was great. The weather was beautiful and the view from the rooftop is like a postcard. Sitting on the golf course watching people play was a great addition to the overall experience. Kathleen did an great job with every aspect of the home. Love the whale and cactus theme and the added experience with robes in every bedroom. This is the best home I have stayed in and my family agrees with me and cant wait to plan our next trip with Kathleen.

Beautiful, well appointed home in great community with access to resorts. Golf and ocean views. We enjoyed 3rd floor rooftop patio for whale watching. Kathleen was very responsive and easy to work with. She provided much information about golf, restaurants, resort and local interests. We look forward to a future visit. Amazing views from Casa Ballena. Perfect layout for our group to spread out with all the kitchen amenities you will need to make family meals and dine with a view! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whale touches throughout! We loved the putting green, cornhole and several of the board games as well as the firepit each evening! Only a few minor maintenance issues with toilets running and 3 of the 4 showers not draining properly and running out onto the floors. We did enjoy the hot tub, but the pool was too cold this last week of April, so we went to the heated clubhouse pool (an added plus was the ability to order food and drinks!)

Beautiful. and well appointed home. After a long pandemic this was the perfect home for relaxing and recharging. Fantastic home for family trips with plenty to do for young and old. Kathleen is a great owner providing so much information about golf, restaurants etc. We rented a car to give us more flexibility to go places but the shuttle on the resort property and to downtown were also great. We were very impressed with how COVID-aware everyone is at Pueblo Bonito and in Cabo. As rates increased back home we felt safer in Cabo!

It’s clear there was a lot of thought put into making this an easy, comfortable place to stay. Lots of little things made it stand out to me. Incredible property and the best equipped rental we’ve ever stayed at. It has everything you need and a bunch of stuff you didn’t know you needed but are glad they are there. Easy access/check-in on arrival and everything was very clean. The pool, spas, BBQs and all the toys made for a fun stay. It is out there a bit and we recommend that you rent a golf cart and/or car if you need/want to get anywhere on your own schedule.

When we attempted signing for the all exclusive we did not know we had to do that oNLY at the Montecristo check in.

We did a friends’ trip with 4 couples. There was plenty of room for everybody and the house had everything we needed. Great views from the decks including seeing whales. Shuttle service to pools and restaurants at the resort was very slow. Try to plan your pick ups as far ahead as possible. We have been to Cabo many times and stayed at Copala in the past. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again!

Really nice house! Great for families!

This was a really nice property, well appointed with everything you need! The beds were super comfy, rooftop deck with jacuzzi and fireplace was a fun place to hang out! The resort amenities were great as well. The only drawback is the house is near the edge of the resort and there is only one shuttle to the pools and restaurants at the resort which sometimes took awhile to get. I would definitely stay here again though!
