The property has an amazing location right in downtown, in a very nice walkable side street. The host at the reception, Abdalrahman, was so incredibly welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Truly exceptional. The hostel has a nice vibe overall and nice facilities.
There could be better organization for the luggage.

The location was really at the center of Amman
The room is open without a door and my bed does not have a curtain, but they were nice to offer me to move to another room in the next floor.

The design of the hostel is nice and welcoming, multiple floors and wide communal spaces for reading and relaxing
The offered a taxi to airport pickup and this was great. The person on whatsapp is helpful and efficient
Wifi is good, location is good and nice balcony to see the street and relax with book
There are no windows in our room but the air con worked perfectly fine
The rooms are unfortunately paper thin. You can hear everything inside and outside the building. The street below is very lively which is totally cool but if you wish to sleep before 1am I would ask for a room away from the street.
When we arrived, they just took our payment and gave us key. No body showed us where is toilets/bathroom/water/kitchen. We had hoped to book some small tours or talk to other guests but there was no one. We didn't see any staff after this for the whole 3 days, even when we checked out we just had to leave the key at an empty reception
