The Cafe & Food
Minor inconveniences due to lack of attention/ design flaws across the property & customer experience. For example, inconvenient placement of light-sources & switches in the room; placement of switches in as well as outside the bathroom; no exhaust-fan in the bathroom; damaged & unusable furniture in the balcony; bell-boy simply walking ahead with the room key without offering to assist you with you luggage :)

South Goa location
AC was not working properly plus it was making lot of noise. Night sleep was hampered. Whole family had to suffer from insomnia.
Plus restaurant service was also not up to the mark. One self proclaimed European chef kept boasting of himself, but didn’t bring food on time on the table. Plus he used to react in unprofessional manner when we used to enquire about delay.

I liked the pretty villas and the location. Its full of greenery.. There’s a jacuzzi in the bathroom plus the room was huge.
Power cut, voltage fluctuation and insects.

Room Size was quite big, the environment was peaceful, Green, Very Quiet. Staff was helpful
They said, there would be music shows 2-3 times in a week. But there was none. The restaurant was too far from the Room, & Very Expensive as well. & Also the restaurant don't serve in the room, that's disappointing, also the location feels very remote.
