About this house rental
Located in Seneca Lake, this charming house for $400 per night is a great option for your next trip. Treat yourself to a lakeside escape when you stay at Tina’s Lake House. Located on the West-Side of Seneca Lake, this 4-bedroom home provides lake views from every room, private lake access, and plenty of personal parking. Step out your door and begin the morning with swimming, fishing, or sunbathing all available for your convenience. (Pets are welcome at Tina’s Lake House.) Enjoy your days basking in the sun on one of our two docks or relaxing underneath one of the two covered-porches. Want to check-out the local attractions? You’ll find dozens of wineries, waterfalls, and trails within a 5 to 20-minute drive. The closest hiking creek is just up the drive and the nearest winery is only a couple minutes further up the road! Tina’s Lake House is located on the Finger Lakes Wine Trail just 20-minutes from Watkins Glen (wineries, lakeside marina, state park, restaurants), 20-minutes from Penn Yan (wineries, Keuka Lake parks, Mennonite & Amish shops, restaurants), and 35-minutes from the Del Largo Casino. The Space Drive-up to your lakeside escape and park right outside your front door. First floor includes a spacious living area furnished with living room seating and a tv, a large and well-equipped kitchen (includes a built-in desk and work station), a full bathroom (standing shower) and laundry area, and a bedroom with a double bed and tv. Second floor includes a bedroom with a double bed and tv, a bedroom with two twin beds and tv, the master bedroom with a king bed and tv, and balcony access from the hallway. Outside, enjoy a gorgeous front lawn (150 feet of lakeside lawn), a private swim area, two docks, a boat lift (for boats up to 21 feet; no pontoon boats), two covered porches, a traditional firepit and a propane firepit (on covered porch), picnic tables, a grill, and lawn chairs. Complimentary Amenities We provide the following amenities for your convenience and comfort at no additional cost: a fridge stocked with water bottles, a Keurig machine with unlimited coffee pods, a washer and dryer, basic bathroom amenities (toilet paper, soaps, etc.), paper products (for days when “dishes” are not on the vacation agenda), linens and bedding, towels, high-speed wi-fi, air conditioning, and more! For a full list of our complimentary amenities, please see the appropriate section below. Guest access At your 4pm arrival, the house will be unlocked and ready for you. The house is located at the end of a private drive and has room for several vehicles in the parking lot. If you are coming with boat trailer or car trailer, please call in advance and we will assist you with parking your trailer at our nearby property (the lakeside road will not accommodate a trailer.) Note: Do not drive down POPULAR PT RD. YOUR GPS is going to tell you to go down POPULAR PT RD. IT WILL NOT GET YOU TO THE HOUSE. Take Squaw Point Rd. to arrive at the house. We had a great time celebrating my friend's bachelorette party! There was an issue with the septic that Tina handled wonderfully - she was genuinely apologetic about something she had minimal to no control over and gave us a portion of our money back due to the inconvenience. Great time on the lake

Went there for my daughter’s graduation, after a long road trip from SC to NY getting there and seeing that beautiful property ,right between a hill and the lake and being welcome for a friendly face was amazing!
We did rest ,barbecue, kayaking and enjoy the charming town .
I recommend this property if you kid is graduating from any college from Ithaca you will know you need to booked a year in advance to find a place that is unnecessarily expensive and has not much to offer.
Here you will have everything in more just at 50 minutes ride from Ithaca .

A Slice of Heaven
Property was awesome. When we walked in, I thought it seemed bigger than the photos. The kitchen was so spacious - which is not always the case. Tina was awesome. Anytime I sent a note, she got right back to me. The lake could not have been more perfect; the water was soooooo clean. Having two docks was great! The one was soooo spacious as well; perfect for multiple fishermen and we had 3. Always a bonus to bring the dog and ours had a great time. We loved the seating outside the boat house. Tina has lights hooked up and a propane fire "pit"......so comfy and cozy at night. The only bummer was we only booked three nights. I loved it, my husband loved it and my son and his buddies loved it. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Tina for everything.

The cottage Was very well kept and in a beautiful location on the lake. Tina was wonderful with any questions and accommodations! They pretty much had everything you needed there, and it was very clean and cozy. I’ve already booked a second stay, and looking forward to it!

A great place on Seneca Lake.
Annual family time on the lake. The house is clean and comfortable and very clean. The A/C is great on a hot day. The lake can be a little tricky if the waves are rough but most of the time the swimming is great. My grandkids loved the house, the swimming and exploring the gorge a short walk away. There are several flocks of ducks who visit regularly. Tina is a great hostess and tries to think of everything we could possibly need, including bottled water and Keurig cups for coffee, The house is roomy with a combination kitchen, dining and family room. The covered porch off the utility building is a nice place to sit and enjoy the lake without sitting in the direct sun. Parking is a little difficult but can be worked out easily. A great time was had by all and we plan to come back next year.

Seneca Lake retreat
We had a lovely stay at Tina's property. Nice, immaculately clean house, large enough to comfortably host our family. Convenient location, almost midway between the Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Pen Yan. Nice docks, easy descend to the water, fire pit, plenty of seating, both covered and in the open space. Well equipped kitchen - a huge plue for me, as I cooked both breakfasts and dinners while we were there. Coffee and drinking water are provided by Tina free of charge. Tina lives close to the property, but you will not see her at all unless you have an issue or a question. She responds to texts in minutes and is always ready to help out. We had a small issue with the running toilet tank, which was addressed within less than an hour. Added bonuses were our chats with Tina regarding the area attractions and company of the dogs! Highly recommended property - hope to visit again soon!
